Biblos has multiple pools and restaurants , plus the beach front , therefore the guests were spread out and it didn’t feel crowded. The pools were sparkling clean. We liked the music entertainment at their Miso Seafood restaurant. The staff throughout the entire resort were helpful and super friendly! Special thanks to Ozgur , who greeted us every morning with smile at the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely spectacular with fresh greens and everything else you could imagine! It was the best breakfast we have ever experienced at a resort. Also, thank you to the staff at the reception desk who quickly fixed an issue with our room and there was consistent follow up to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

We have been to better beaches, but the overall resort and the service from the staff made this a top-notch 5-star experience!

My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Due to the nature of being a tourist destination, beach parties can go on until late at night, with loud music playing. However, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent, so closing them ensures a peaceful night's sleep without much disturbance. This place is generally smoker-friendly, allowing smokers to freely smoke anywhere. It would be notable that smoking is common throughout the hotel facilities. However, considering that this area is known for its windy conditions, prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke is not a significant concern.

This is a spectacular hotel, the gardens are a work of art and the whole place is immaculately clean. Service is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Our room was a twin bed comfort room and the beds were very comfortable and a good size. We ate one night at the Miso Seafood restaurant which I would recommend. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride into Alacati (not really possible to walk) which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and shops. We never had a problem getting a taxi and the trip was about 6 euros each way. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. We had an excellent massage in the spa too. The photos do not do Biblos justice.

It would have been nice to have a more laid-back dining option at lunch serving sandwiches/salads. You can get snacks (chips, nachos etc) from the poolside/beach menu or visit one of the smart restaurants - something in between the two would have been good for us.

First of all it was a real design hotel. Each corner has a detail! The workers of the hotel are really perfect. The security, room cleaning, beach boys, reception all of them are so friendly. The cleaning of the hotel is amazing! There are 3 restaurants inside the hotel. The breakfast is really tasty. The service and the food quality is almost Michelin Restaurant! I want to go again!

They are serving at the beach and pool area coffee &cola& Cocktails everything with glass. It has to be plastic! The prices are really high! A small coffee is almostly 8/9€.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Biblos from the moment our shuttle arrived to collect us from the airport till the end of our stay. Biblos is the perfect luxury lifestyle resort for couples or families. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and more. The staff are very professional and friendly and look after your requirements and your comfort. Guests have dedicated personnel that look after you during your stay. The restaurants on the resort are all very good. Buffet breakfast is lovely with something for all probably the best buffet I have seen. Our kids loved going to the Kids Club every day. The staff are warm and friendly, a safe and beautiful space to play and meet new friends. Biblos Spa is a world class facility. Definitely worth the experience.

No faults found

We wanted to see a few different room alternatives that caught our attention during check-in. They were all beautiful and had different features. There is a big world in nature here. The room given to us was right on the ground floor. It was very easy for us to leave the room and go to the beach or restaurant. My wife really liked the brands of products used in the room. It is a very good feature that the sea is a bay and is used only by the hotel. As someone who does heavy sports, I found the equipment and brands in the fitness center very successful.

Everything was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming everywhere. Thank you to Eleonora, Melis, and Maktum. The hotel is family-friendly, has many kids' play areas, and has super attentive entertainers; my kids were thrilled. I want to give a big thank you and appreciation to the girls who looked after the kids. The food was terrific, with a big selection of breakfast. I would come back again and again.

Next room's balcony was on fire due to cigarette butt (as said by hotel) which was frightening. The smoke of fire was also in our room. We were lucky it was day time and we could figure it out. I'm sure the management of the hotel is so sorry, as we are, about the incident and take actions to prevent anything like that. * Smoking in the balconies should be prohibited for sure. Besides, hotel should be brave enough to split the restaurants and beach as smoking and non-smoking. Who wants to smell ash while biting a delicious cheese? * I hope somebody tell to the surf club nearby hotel that they are ruining the holiday of thousands by playing sooo loud.

Gorgeous resort, very attentive staff, best gym and spa I’ve ever seen, best massage from the wonderful Balinese girls, beautiful small private beach, water was so clear I could see little fishes swimming with me. Somehow this resort manages to be private and family friendly at the same time.

The only minus was the foods were just very mediocre despite the 3 restaurants looking stunning, I would not eat sushi here if you are a sushi lover. It takes a while when you order something at the beach, probably because they were understaffed.
