Such a beautiful hotel perfectly situated—right in the heart of the village, within walking distance to all the charming shops, restaurants, and cafes. Despite its central location, it remains relatively peaceful, especially at night, so we were able to enjoy both convenience and relaxation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared just when we were ready to eat—a lovely touch that made mornings even more enjoyable. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. The owner and Mr. Akem, Nazmi and Berkant were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to the kind older gentleman Hussein, who took such good care of our rooms and made sure we always had extra water bottles. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this lovely hotel for anyone visiting Alacati!

The breakfast was among MANY highlights. A substantial spread included Turkish cheese, dried fruit and nuts, olives, tahini and molasses, tomato, cucumber and peppers, fresh bread basket, muhammara, honey with cream , jams and eggs made to order. A feast for the eyes and palate! The hotel is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and very clean. On Saturday's you can walk straight out into the bustling market, which is a great experience and highlight of Alaçati. We particularly loved the Italian restaurant at Gaia Bazaar, the pizza in particular was outstanding. Above all, the people make this place, friendly, lovely and so helpful. A baby kitten was even rescued and re-homed by the hotel during our stay. 100% recommend you stay here, don't even hesitate.

I really cannot think of anything that we did not like.

My stay at Gaia Bazaar Alacati was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and decorated with impeccable taste. The mix of modern design and local charm creates a relaxing yet stylish atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always eager to share great tips on what to see and do in the area. The owner is a true professional, always taking the time to greet guests and chat with us each day, making us feel at home. I really appreciated how present he was during our stay. The manager was also a standout, always there during breakfast, and he went out of his way to help me with a gluten-free option, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail made our mornings even more enjoyable. A special mention to Ahmed (I think this is the name of the guy), a recent addition to the team, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. His warmth and genuine kindness really made an impression on us, and he’s someone we’ll always remember. The fact that the staff speaks excellent English was a huge plus, as it’s not always guaranteed in Turkey. Definitely a place I’d return to!

If you're someone who likes complete darkness and silence while sleeping, be aware that some light does come in from the windows, and the hotel is located near the town center, so you might hear some noise from the lively streets at night. That being said, the hotel provides earplugs, which made it totally manageable for us.

The location was perfect—right in the center of everything, yet tucked away from the noise. From the moment we checked in, we felt completely at home. The staff and management were exceptionally warm and welcoming, creating a truly special atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, Mert, and the wonderful team—Nazmi, Akem, Berkant, and Hussein—for going above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The decor was specially tasteful. Best breakfast of our whole trip. We had a mishap upon arrival, but the owner presented himself and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The 2nd floor rooms are nicer.

Saturday arrival is tricky because the bazaar takes place on the hotel's street. Also, they have a 2nd location and we got them mixed up. It took a while for someone actually receive us at the hotel, which was apparently still closed in the early spring. They later more than made up for this

We really like the location of the property- accessible to the busy streets of Alaçati but still had some peace and quiet at night. The breakfast was also really great! The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and they made the stay super comfortable!

Not necessarily a downside but there isn’t a place to relax outside of your room space and the restaurant- might be a challenge for larger groups who want to socialize.
