The owners and staff were extremely friendly and amazing people. Great conversations, recommendations and a smile the whole time. The facilities themselves are spectacular, with an amazing backyard. The breakfast is delicious with a secret item added to the menu every morning. The location is prime, right next to some of the nicest restaurants and shops in Alacati, but far enough to not be affected by the noise. For someone visiting Alacati, I would 10/10 recommend Sakin Ev!

Location is great. Located in Alacati village. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Gokce, the manager, was exceptional. He was so helpful, and accommodating to all our needs. They had free breakfast as well, a delicious Turkish breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my 14-day trip to Turkey, this hotel quickly became my favorite. Before my stay, they reached out to me via WhatsApp, offering any assistance I might need, inviting me to reach out if I had questions. Upon entering, I was welcomed by the beautiful paintings by the owner, which adorned the open common area. The space had a simple, natural charm, and walking through the doors to the garden revealed a peaceful orchard filled with olive, apple, lemon, and pomegranate trees. As I opened the door to my room, the aroma of wood filled the air. The stone walls of the room evoked a sense of history and warmth. After check-in, the friendly owner kindly shared recommendations on local attractions. In the evening, I was treated to a cup of Turkish tea (çay) from the owner, which I enjoyed in the lovely garden. If I visit this area again, I would definitely stay here once more. Many thanks to the owner for such warm hospitality!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The only small issue was the in-room Wi-Fi. I stayed on the ground floor in a stone building, so the signal inside the room was a bit weak. However, just stepping outside the door, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. This didn’t bother me much, as right outside my room was the beautiful garden. Sitting at the small table by the door, sipping （cay ) tea and enjoying the garden view with good Wi-Fi was perfect for me.

I wish i had words for this heaven on earth. SAKIN which means peacefull calmness. Thats the exact magic this place makes u feel. Gokce is one of the best host ever. Peaceful from his soul. Warm from his heart. Me and my wife were made to feel like a king and queen. I can write a whole story on this place and its owner and host. I promise u wont regret staying in this place. Calm peaceful warm earthy village like feel. The outside garden has trees of mandarin, fig, and lemon. I will not forget this place till death. I mean each and every word ihave written here.

A part of me will forever remain here, as Sakin Ev embodies Turkish hospitality, humbleness, and a harmonious connection with nature. The spotless rooms, serene ambiance, and an incredibly comfortable stay made me feel at home, while the delicious breakfast was the perfect start to each day. Tucked just steps from Alaçati's main streets, this retreat offers a flawless blend of thoughtful design and warmth from its hosts—I’ll miss it all and hope to return someday.

One of the highlights of our Turkey trip! Exceptional location: 2-3 Minute walking distance to the center yet very quiet. Amazing breakfast in a beautiful garden. Many locally sources food items and different options on different days. Staff was so kind and helpful in recommending us nice beaches and restaurants, and they are excellent conversationalists. Greatly enjoyed our interactions with them and you could tell they really cared about us having a good vacation.

When you travel it’s not only places you visit matter but also people you meet. Here you’ll meet best company and would feel yourself at home. Actually it is a home in super wonderful location in downtown but quite enough for the rest and good sleep. Definitely you gonna enjoy your breakfast place within small cozy yard with trees shadow to keep you covered from sun. Rooms are decorated with antique furniture and love and care! 💜

Like it’s name, it’s a beautiful Serene House. Everything about it is perfect - location, rooms, food and people. It’s the people who make the house beautiful and it’s true for Sakin Ev. Apart from above what stood out was the fact that you could refill your water bottles. As an eco conscious traveler it’s a very big factor for us. This was the only stay in Turkey which didn’t use plastic water bottle and for that reason we loved it all the more. Thank you team Sakin Ev for everything. We will definitely come back.. hopefully soon

Super cozy, tastefully designed, very clean and tidy. The hosts were sooo welcoming and lovely, and they had a good breakfast spread. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and it’s only mins walk away from the Main Street.

Facilities may be dated, but all very well maintained. I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is nicely designed and decorated, creating a warm, welcoming, homey feel. Our room was very spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable. Having a local, tasty breakfast under the trees in the garden was really nice. Location was very central; just a few steps from all attractions and yet on a quite street. Although there was no direct parking space, it was easy to park for free at a 2 min walking distance. We also appreciated the emphasis on sustainable consumption. Above all was Caglar Bey’s helpful explanations, prompt responses, restaurant recommendations, and the daily friendly conversations. Thanks for making our nice stay even nicer!
