It’s clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful, and especially Ali who helped me contact intercity bus company to confirm my preferred travel time. Everyone was so nice.

It took a while for the fridge and aircon to start working. Also after cleaning, window was left at unlocked position, which can be a risk to one’s property safety.

But the inside of the hotel was quite comfortable. I didn't feel unsafe about the building itself. The staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast was great. I would stay again.

The location is a bit daunting at the moment. This is because the earthquake ruined every building around the hotel.

Amazing staff, good location, comfortable beds, rooms very clean, 24/7 reception always willing to bring ice and drinks to the room

Sometimes the street outside could be quite noisy late at night and extremely early in the morning, would be nice to have hdmi input so foreign visitors can watch Netflix on the hotel tv

Don't stay in this hotel if you plan to sleep before 1am. They are aware of the very loud pounding music from the bar across the street but don't make you aware of it and instead put you in rooms right on top of it. The general manager was unwilling to do anything to remedy the issue. Luckily we only stayed one night. There are many other nice hotels in the area.
