The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small but didn't mind it considering everything else was perfect. The staff at reception, the cleaners, the cooks and the owner were all fantastic. Cannot fault the service. The breakfast was also spot on. The location was very peaceful and only a 1-2 minute walk from the hustle bustle, the tram, etc. - best of both worlds.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Immediately we felt like home. The hotel provided more than what we expect from a hotel. A lot of things were a surprise to us such that we never expected such as Netflix, Cable TV, Washing Machine, Microwave, complete cooking utensils, and much more. Room were super clean and tidy. The hotel was strategically located within the old town. For those of you who traveling with a rented car, this hotel has the best parking space considering the tight space of old town. We stayed in a satellite room and was only 5 sec walk to the restaurant alleys as well as convenient store. We were welcomed by the owner himself and the reception was available on whatsapp 24/7. All major historical sites are within few minutes walk (roman marina, hadrian gate, old bazaar). If you are planning to stay in Antalya with the same setup as I do - look for no other.

This apartment is located in the old historical part in Antalya. It's clean around on the streets and very nice - sea is very close, city center full of restaurants and bars. Despite the central location, it's relatively quiet during the day and in the nights also - yes, some car can pass, or you can hear some people talking, but no big parties or smth like that. Staff in the hotel is super friendly. P.S. Smth to keep in mind: - drinking water should be bought separately. Don't use the tap water. - when you open the windows, street cat can jump inside the apartment (I personally don't mind that)

I was staying at the end of January, and there were couple of days with strong rain. The apartment has small inner yard, where the water removing system is not organized very well. It's dropping from some roow and going under the doors to this yard. As a result, there was a water on the floor inside the apartment. In really bad case it can go through the whole flat. I don't know, whether this will be fixed in the future, because there are not so many rainy days in Antalya, therefore, just keep in mind.

We had a truly lovely stay at Saye Konak Kaleiçi Old Town Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and full of variety, a perfect start to each day. The hotel itself is charming and full of character, nestled in the beautiful Old Town. Thank you to everyone at Saye Konak for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this wonderful place to others! 🥰

One thing to keep in mind is that, due to the authentic design, the doors and windows aren’t fully soundproof, which may allow some outside noise to filter in. However, this only added to the feeling of staying in such a unique and historic town. 😌

The owner (& staff) was Always friendly & helpful! The owner works very hard & nothing is 'too much' to help his guests, and even though he was always busy he still showed patience with me trying to use/practice the Turkish language. The food was very tasteful. I especially enjoyed the bathtub (=not a bubblebath) on the balcony to keep cool during the incredibly hot days (end of June). The hotel uses "waterpurifiers", so the water in the hotelroom is drinkable.

If you are staying in 'Old Town Antalya' (no matter which hotel I think, it's an 'old infrastructure' thing), getting hot water (shower/tap) may be an "issue" at some times in the day. The hotel isn't 'soundproof' and all depending on the time/day/month it can be either quiet or a bit noisy, but remember > you are staying at a lively city ;)

Big room, shower and toilet clean, separate bathroom on the balcony was very nice.

Noisy old air conditioner. The room was above the reception - early in the morning all the sounds from the reception were heard in the room.

I was greeted warmly by a friendly gentleman and the adorable dog when I arrived at the hotel. The stay definitely added something special to my overall travel experience. The hotel was cozy and tucked away in a quiet part of the old town, just a short walk from the seaside. It had such a relaxed vibe. My room was clean and comfy, just what I needed. The staff were super helpful, even going out of their way to serve coffee very early in the morning outside of their usual hours. And on my last day, the lady at reception really came through by helping me catch a taxi to the airport. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve missed my flight! Can’t forget to mention the Turkish white wine, they really know how to pick a good bottle.

The Staff were the best. I have never had a staff go out of their way the way this staff did. We had a car and there's not many places to park. The staff made sure that we would have a place to park everytime we left and returned. The location in the old town was great, very walkable and accessible to everything. The price was very reasonable. Again the staff is what makes this property so great!

The room itself was meh. I am not sure about all rooms, but I'm pretty small and struggled with the size of the bathroom. I couldn't imagine anyone with size being able to fit in the bathroom. Your knees hit the wall if on the toilet. There was this noise that kept me up all night. I thought it was water from another room but no way because it was all night. Like a humm, then thud or thump. Over and over. The covers and pillows were old and had no fluff

The location of the apartments was perfect. It was a 2 minute walk to the main hotel for breakfast, and the same into the centre of the old town. Even being that close, it was on a very quiet street so easy to sleep. The apartments were well equipped as described, and the hotel breakfast was great. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

There were 2 cockroaches in our flat over the course of the week, but apparently that's par for the course in the area unfortunately. Otherwise the place was very clean. Parts of the apartment is old in style and the furniture is basic at times. I liked the place a lot and found it very reasonable for the price, and it is accurately described in pictures, but just so it's clear!

We had a free upgrade to stay in a larger flat with the terrace looking into the sea. The two bed flat has very high ceilings and is very spacious. The view from the flat is stunning. If we were staying longer in Antalya, we would choose stay whole day in the flat to enjoy the nice property and the view! The hotel has three rescue dogs and they are very lovely to guests. I am very impressed that the hotel could make extra efforts to rescue dogs from streets. The staff are very friendly and they speak very good English which is very helpful for us.

Only some minor issues. The extractor fan in the bathroom is missing. The bathroom electrical socket is loose. We didn’t have hot water supply to the shower immediately after checking in. The staff recovered the hot water supply quickly. I believe the minor issues mentioned could be fixed and improved.
