New and very clean apartments. Excellent location. Excellent exterior and interior design. Elevator and swimming pool works perfectly. High speed wi-fi. Air conditioners with invertors make comfortable temperature for my family with 2 kids. The place, where I want to stay again definitely. Big thanks to Yalcin for his hospitality! He makes this place unique! P.s. Yalcin, do not forget to say Hello to Suleyman!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is new and clean, suitable for a family of 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave, a kettle, an electric grill (which was really convenient), a fridge, enough kitchen utensils (the only suggestion is to add some middle-sized cups or mugs). The furniture is practical and comfortable (really good bed, modern shower, 2 climate control systems). The wi-fi is quite sufficient to watch videos. The apartment on the 3rd floor is very light and spacious, with big windows looking upon a quiet street and the mountains (actually, we were lucky, because the other side of the building is next to a construction site). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every 3 days (as per description). The location is amazing - it is in the quiet part of Konyaalti, 3 min walking from the beach and the seaside, there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. We were absolutely happy with our stay and will gladly come back again. Thank you!

The location is excellent and people were very helpful, There were many places of interest that we visited, such as the Antalya Museum, the zoo, the beach, the mountains, Land of Legends, the aquarium, restaurants, shopping malls and more. Yalcin, our host, found us a private Taxi and allowed us to use his wheelchair and beach equipment, which allowed my Dad to participate in everything that we did. Breakfast in the mountains, which I will always remember. The taxi driver, Ismail was very, very helpful always. He and Yalcin helped make our vacation a dream come true. We will be back!

The photos of the apartment are accurate. The same apartment was given really well maintained & comfortable & relaxing....really close to the beach and the shops/restaurants. The host was very helpful and attended to all our needs. When one of the taxi drivers tried to scam by asking for more money & got into an altercation with us, he helped us by standing by our side and even called the police when the driver tried getting aggressive which then led the driver to leave quickly. Would highly recommend this apartment with this host......have no qualms booking it again if I was visiting Antalya again.

Nothing much to dislike really....just one slight thing about the sound proofing of the internal walls can be improved as one can hear the sound of the neighbouring toilets when shower in use especially when sleeping/resting. Also to beware of the SCAM Taxi drivers here....(mentioned more about the incident in the like section)

1. Absolutely brand-new hotel, all things/capabilities in the hotel and room are fresh/new and clean. 2. Friendly and very helpful staff 3. Nice and very comfortable beds with fresh beddings 4. Awesome location, lot of restaurants/café around, a few minutes walk to the beach, good transport infrastracture 5. Good view, two balconies- one has mountains view; another towards sea, but sea is really hardly visible (due to trees ) 6. Ideal cleanliness in hotel

1. WIFI often was really awful. At the begging there were absolutely annoying issues with connection to router (every couple of minutes it requests sign-in, dropping the connection). Then the owner fixed it. Another issue - internet speed, if there are lots of WIFI clients, it might be very slow. Have to point out always were trying to solve the issues. 2. Lack of attention to small details. It is not major problem, but annoying to go back and forth and asking to provide missing equipement (cups, hangers, batteries for the vault, iron) 3. Washing machine needs to be extra payd (cheap 4 euro) 4. (nice to have) own kitchen and provide breakfast

I have been very satisfied with: 1- Hotel personal in general. 2- Hotel manager whose name Yelgen or Ulgen, he was very kind, helpful, English spoken, respectful. Simply said, the service he was given was unique compared to other hotels which we visited. 3- Hotel in general is very clean. 4- The rooms, we were lived or tested 2 type of rooms, both were very roomy and comfortable. 5- Rooms bathroom, one of the best among several hotels were we lived. 6- Hotels location, perfect i.e. literally near to everything in Konyaalti, ( Beach, restaurants, ....etc) you can even spent your vacation there without any car rent. 7- The hotel price was acceptable compared to hotel price near to same hotel. 8- Free car parking.

I liked everything about this Apart Hotel. The Location, the building and rooms are super clean and everything is brand new!!! The staff extremely attentive to all requests. Lovely apartment that exceeded all expectations. Great for longer stays. Clean and fresh room, laundry service available. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Friendly staff who are always willing to help. Expensive but well worth it.

Would have liked a little more equipment in the rooms - corkscrew, cutlery, more sockets, more lighting.

Stuff was very efficient, kind, and nice all the time. Room exceeds our expectations. Very comfortable beds. Super clean, and all renovated furniture. Super. It is also very well connected with bus to reach old town, lots of restaurants, shops and beach was amazing, 5 min walking from hotel.

Pool is closed from beginning of October.
