I had the pleasure of staying at MİYAS Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facilities were absolutely top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. My room was modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. The common areas, including the lounge and fitness center, were immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every interaction was a delight. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests, big or small. Cleanliness was another standout aspect. The entire hotel, including my room, was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for their guests. Overall, MİYAS Hotel exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. Let me start from the bottom line: If you are in Kemer- this is the place to stay! value for money are amazing, the location is great- 300 meters from the closest beach, and 100 M from the main street, breakfast are amazing- lot of fresh vegs and fruits, wi-fi is working great, the room is super clean and comfortable, and in the top of everything it is definitely the stuff- each and every one of them are true professional and will do any thing to help you and give you the things you are asking for. the owner Muzzafer who makes contact with the guests and ask them about their opinion, the front desk manager Rashid which is probably the nicest and most professional worker I have ever seen in many many years of traveling and visiting a lot of hotels, Rashid will do every thing to help you, answer whole of your questions, and will do every thing to make your vacation the best one! 10 out of 10 easy!

Honestly I have liked every thing in this hotel, would rate it 20 if possible

The hotel is rather basic, but very clean and good location. The staff is mainly friendly and helpful, apart from Stephka at the kitchen who wasn’t very professional. The 2 gentlemen at reception were very nice and helpful. Overall, a good value for money

The lady at the kitchen was rude and treated hotel guests as if they were her good friends. One night she was drinking alcohol with her friends and used it as an excuse to delay our food

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful . The room is nicely decorated and well equipped with all essentials and offered nice view. The bed was large and very comfortable . Location is ideal. Close to the beach and city center. The air conditioning and the internet worked well without any problems. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

The stuff were really great - very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their taxi to the airport was grand and cheaper than what they charge if you find it yourself. The hotel is nice and clean, the beds are very comfy. There is a very nice yard with ballons for wamth in winter where you can sit and work or eat. There is Netflix.

The hotel is advertised on booking.com as a four star facility. In fact it is a three star hotel. You won't be disappointed if you expect a very good two star place. The room is just tiny - no wardrobe, just an open shelf - really no space to store clothes. The bathroom door is a sliding door which opens right into the room -20 cm between the door and the bed. We stayed in winter and breakfasts were very simple and repetative, although the food was always fresh and sufficient. On some occasions the stuff didn't speak anything but Turksih, which wasn't very nice. At the same time having spent a week in Kemer, we didn't see any place which looked better or fresher than the Miyas hotel.

Rooms nicely decorated, location, brealfast place

Staff both in reception and especially at breakfast were not very friendly. Barely spoke anything or said good morning, the opposite of what we are used to in turkey. Breakfast options also very limited, no juice and water from plastic cups, would think that the hotel had some environmental responsibility.

There was a sigaret smell in the room whenever we got home. We said something about it and they were supposed to come and check the next day but no one came..

Clean rooms and a nice restaurant, a very pleasant stay, for breakfast we had a variety of fruits + strawberries (!), reasonable prices for other meals in the restaurant A great sandy beach was about 20 minutes on foot away, which was not a problem for us as we like walking

Some rooms were a little smaller than expected, so it depends on your luck to get a big room

Very nice hotel with great value for its money. Rooms are quite small, but it is enough for two. We had a small kid, would’ve been better to take a room bigger than a standard one. Location is fantastic, 5-7 mins walk to the public beach, less than 15 mins to best beach clubs in Kemer. One of the great things about the hotel is the restaurant availability from breakfast to the late evening. Prices are significantly lower than other restaurants in the city, at least half of the time our bigger family ate at the hotel restaurant. Staff is very helpful, majority of them speak Russian, English and some speak German. We stayed for 14 days and it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel, fantastic value for its money!

The best boutique hotel for the value in Kemer. It is small, but new, modern and cozy. Best location - 5 min to the beach and to the center, but the street is quiet and not crowded. Pretty good breakfast. Nice lounge zone. WiFi was good for remote work. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. We (me and my wife) spent about 2,5 months here, room 201 (Oct, Nov, Dec 2022) because we really like it here.
