A brilliant stay at Ulu! It is in the quieter side of Alanya (Kestel). Alanya main town is a 5-10 min drive away. The beach and beach bar, "Chillers", opposite the hotel gets a 4.9 rating on Google. Ulu residents get free sunbeds there. The sea is calm and super clean. All the staff are super friendly, but Kâzım at Ulu, was especially helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. There are supermarkets and local restaurants within walking distance.

Just so you know, All the hotels in this area are across a busy road from the beach. This requires careful crossing. And there is road noise all day and night. This did not bother us.

The place was really nice. The description and photos match reality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and asked for early check-in, and the staff kindly agreed since the apartment was ready. Parking at the property was as promised. The pool water was very clean. Sun beds at the beach are free of charge for Ulu residents. The staff at the beach cafe were friendly. Sometimes there is live music. I didn't expect to find grocery shops nearby (not private markets with questionable prices, but rather common ones like Migros, Sok, etc.), but there are a few within close walking distance. Alanya and other tourist attractions like Dim Cave and Syedra Antik Kenti are a short drive away. Parking a car is easy everywhere. Overall, my experience was very positive.

There were a few street cats around the property, and they were very hungry. Guys, please feed the cats! :)

The staff, Kazim, Eren and Dilara are all amazing. Really helpful, friendly and fast to respond as well. They want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For example one night, my partner and I wanted to grab something to eat but it was too late to go out so Kazim was kind enough to order the food for us through his App and waited 30min after his shift to make sure it got done. The location is super convenient. 5 min walk to the supermarket. 3 min to the beach. The facilities and the rooms are all brand new as they built it recently. We decided to extend our stay and in all honesty, we're sad to be leaving.

Very good place to stay. You can see from apartment how clear the sea is, you can see on the sea and mountains in the same time. Part of the sea related to the apartments are very clean and also cleaners from stones. Everything in the apartments were new, everything working. I returned here after staying in other place, because this one is really good! Internet is very stable and fast as for Turkey. Near the see and apartments there is very good restaurant. All people in the residence and restaurant are very kindness.

I chose the terrace duplex and bingo. There's a sauna inside the house! I'm not talking about a shared space, but a private sauna I could enter whenever I wanted! After enjoying the view of the sun setting towards the sea, it was a place where I could relax on the balcony against the backdrop of the lights of Alanya Castle. I came here alone to clear my head, so I wanted it to be a bit secure. I had no doubts thanks to the internal locking system of the house, the personalized password, and the presence of a security guard on duty downstairs. The staff were very helpful and thanks to their recommendations, I discovered some great places to eat. I met a family doing a barbecue by the pool, and we together went to the sea part of the facility and had a dart tournament. It was a place I really enjoyed.

Very nice apartments, really modern with lots of facilities and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly, they assisted us with things we needed quickly and spoke good English. It was easy to get food delivered. It's right across from the beach and a beach bar. The common areas were all very clean too and in great condition. Enjoyed staying here and had a really relaxing time!

It is next to a main road so you can here the traffic noise by the pool area.

We liked this hotel a lot, the place is really close to the sea and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel rooms are clean, everything is brand new, with the modern furniture. The territory of the hotel is pretty small but still clean with beautiful plants. The pool is always clean and with an amazing view of the mountains.

We had a great stay at Ulu Panorama residence. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. You can easily cook food here or use Yemeksepeti to order it from the restaurants or go to the restaurant on the beach. The beach also provides beds and matrasses free of charge.

It’s not a negative thing but you should know that highway is just in front of apartment so it will be always quite noisy. So if you prefer quiet atmosphere it is not suitable variant for staying.

everything. excellent facilities, helpful staff, 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets plus sauna. kitchen with everything. lots of parking, lifts for upper floors. 24 hour reception. airconditioning/heating. they had everything that you can wish for in an apartment.
