I like the location of this hotel. It is centrally located in avanos town where u can find many restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautifully decorated. U can see hot air balloons in the morning from the hotel terrace in a distance. Yusuf kofteci is our favourite restaurant so far and very affordable. Kapadokya lezzet sofrasi is delicious too, about 5 minutes from the hotel. Murat is exceptionally fantastic. Very kind, hardworking guy. He helped us carry our bag to the top floor. He explained to us on where to go, what to do around the area.. He took beautiful photos as well. Thank you Murat for your hospitality❤️👍🏼Breakfast is really good too we loved it so much.. There's so much to choose from. Everythings is great.

The hotel is not suitable for people with knee problem or on wheelchair unless u request for ground floor room. The hotel has no elevator but we were ok with it.

Early morning hot air ballon show was fantastic. Breakfast was very good, a lot of selections. They should eliminate packed market items. The hotel was converted from 13 old residents. Thinking about these old times and and imagining old residents with children, several families living in harmony... thinking all these was like a dream. I like the poems just outside the hotel. All the region is a ferry town, with a lot of secrets. I recommend reading Gürsel Korat's books on Cappadocia.

It took sometime to discover how to start the hot water. We visited not on high season. But during these times parking could be difficult

Everything about this hotel was perfect! It is really like a dream staying here. Once we arrived we couldn’t believe our eyes. Photos do not do it any justice . You can tell that a lot of thought , effort , love and care went into it. Besides the fact this hotel is very beautiful and perfect in every way the owner and staff were very helpful and lovely and very hard working especially burak. The Family room we stayed in was pristine , spacious and comfortable and terraces offer beautiful views. Burial Front desk was very helpful in booking our tours and always greeted us with a smile on his face and always answered any questions we had. Buffet breakfast were delicious and always had a lot to offer from fruits , sweets , pastries , breads and meats aswell as unlimited drinks. Location is perfect , not far from all the tourist attractions but enough to enjoy a peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle. This place really made us feel like we were living in a dream. You will not disappointed if you stay here.

Everything was perfect!

First: Mr Murad: he is very good and always supportive. We reached at 3:40 PM and asked to help us for Quad bike..He arranged the same along with his colleague and yes we were able to do within 15 min. We were able to take the breakfast after 10 since our baloons delayed on the next day.. Second: Rooms are spacious and warm.. bathroom is clean and very good Third: Choosing Avanos is not a good option, if u want a party vibe.. Goreme is good for partying, restaurants, spend time outside. But if u choose avanos, sofa is best

The location was good and within walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops. It was also close to a taxi rank and public bus rank. Within walking distance was a beautiful promenade on the side of the river lined with ice cream shops and souvenir shops . A very enjoyable location. Breakfast was simple with local pastries, coffee, tea and fresh fruit. The hotel was a beautiful, eclectic mix of antique treasures in the decor. Hotel staff was friendly and organized any tours , taxis etc. that we required.

Th e breakfast offering was a bit sparse especially if you are staying over a couple of days . It would be better if a one or two items changed on certain days.

This hotel is a little gem- traditional and cosy. Takes you back in time. The decor and collection of old artifacts is beautiful. Conveniently located in the town of Avanos just off the main road and very quiet. We stayed for two nights in an accommodation for four people - the rooms were clean and filled with an interesting collection of old artifacts. The beds were comfy and shower room was large and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. They helped with a last min booking for a hot air balloon ride, recommended some good local restaurants and also allowed us to check out late.

I loved the style of the hotel. The view from the terrace is incredible. The room is super clean and tidy. I am allergic and I felt very good. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is clean. The two gentlemen at the reception were really welcoming and helped us as much as possible. The receptionist was even able to negotiate the prices of the hot air balloon for us. No need to use a travel agency to visit Cappadocia, because we were given a sheet at the reception with all the available activities on it. The drivers come to pick you up from the hotel and return you to the hotel. My family and I had our flight in the evening and we had to check out of the hotel at 11 a.m., but they let us have the room until the evening. The breakfasts are incredible and super good.

The hotel decor, its interiors and the antique looks are all amazing. The owner has decorated and constructed it so well that you get an amazing feel during the stay. The breakfast is very good too. The staff is very very cooperative, helping and always smiling. The location is too good. One of the best in Avanos.

Climbing stairs all the way up to the room is a bit challenge specially for people with walking/climbing difficulties. The WiFi needs a bit stronger and available in all the rooms and throughout the facility.

The entire property is very beautiful with small detailing and elements added which adds to the overall stay experience. Our room had a balcony with outdoor seating with a view to the streets and lake. Free parking also helped as we had rented a car. The staff were extremely helpful in shaping up our itinerary better and also helped with booking for hot air balloon which had a very experienced pilot and crew. They gave us a very sweet farewell gift as well. The breakfast was very grand and elaborate, freshly cooked everything.

Location is perfect - close to Goreme but not touristy. Definitely visit the museum next door and have a go at shadow puppetry and ebru art and do some pottery in one of the pottery workshops. The decor is lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The products in the room (such as tea, coffee) and products served for breakfast were all Turkish brands; this was the first hotel we stayed in that didn’t serve any brands that we normally choose to avoid 🍉 The staff are friendly and helpful. Staying in a cave room was a unique experience. We felt cold at first despite the hot weather and were offered some blankets and a heater.
