We were so pleased with the accommodation, space, cleaniliness and hospitality but most of all the friendly supportive and always trying to please staff and management. Location was excellent 4 mins to the marina made it so pleasant we were in the midst of everything yet in a safe quiet area. The staff overall were amazing, friendly, all with decent and good English speaking and Tina must be mentioned who ensured that nothing was too much trouble and looked after us throughout our stay. The pool area was comfortable plenty of sun loungers and cabanas, attention to drinks and food was good and good value for money. Thank you to the new cocktail guy who was so kind. Triple family room was very spacious, two en suite showers made it easy, clean linen, cleaners weee efficient every day and nice thoughtfulness with leaving key in room so AC was on during day keeping us nice and cool. We have pets at home so lovely to show affection to the friendly cats, who were behaved and friendly. Overall such great value for money, perfect location in heart of Bodrum, so so close to the marina, castle, shopping markets, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The position was strategic and the room was really cleaned. Every day they changed towels and cleaned the room!

Communication was always brilliant before and during our stay. Both the hotel and the staff were incredible! We were made so welcome from the very beginning, when we arrived late and tired! The staff even provided a welcome pack of gluten free food for my daughter. On our first day, they checked everything was OK and quickly brought extra covers as requested and helped with our wifi. The bar and restaurant staff, especially Tariq, Bardi and Deniz, were really friendly and made our holiday so much fun - we will miss them! They really made our holiday. The breakfast was fantastic (with friendly staff cooking omelettes and pancakes to order). Everywhere on site looked beautiful, with olive, mandarin, pomegranate and fig trees and some very cute kittens! Plenty of sunbeds and luxurious sofas at the pool. Fabulous location just a few minutes to Bodrum's restaurants and shops, yet tucked away and quiet. Hope we can visit again one day!

It was brilliant - can't fault anything at all. If pool was open later in the evening occasionally that would be nice, but I imagine this is for cleaning.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. The first room we were granted access to was cramped and dusty. The next day I asked reception if we could change room to a more spacious room, they granted us access to a much better room. There's a dog that usually hangs out at the hotel too, she's very friendly. There's loads of friendly cats too. The location of the hotel is ideal as practically everything in the town is easy to walk to, especially bars and restaurants.

The first room we were granted access to was cramped and dusty, although the staff swiftly offered us a better room. That was the only downside to our trip, everything else was great.

From the moment we arrived at Costa Maya, it exceeded our expectations. The vibe, the atmosphere, the decor, the outside area, and the pool area all gave a warm and welcoming holiday feeling. The staff also gave us a very warm and pleasant welcome from the moment we arrived and were very tentative and friendly throughout our entire stay. The room was very clean and neat, I have nothing but positive feedback regarding the tidiness, cleanliness, and quality of it all. The pool and surrounding facilities were very well-maintained and organized at all times. One of the most underrated, yet valuable aspects of finding a hotel in Bodrum is the location. Costa Maya could not have been in a better location especially if you don't have a car and don't want to pay too much for expensive transportation. It was literally less than 5 mins walking to Bodrum Center, where you can find all the restaurants, local shops, boats and yachts, Bodrum Bazaar, Cafes and much more. It was so convenient to be able to get to the center in almost no time at all. I'd like to give very special thanks to Seda the guest manager who was always very helpful with everything we needed, she truly made us feel welcome and at home. Tarek and Ramazan, who were part of the pool and hospitality staff were always friendly and extremely helpful, they felt like family who truly cared. Also, Tarek and Emir from the reception staff never failed to welcome us with a smile and help us out. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we will definitely be returning to Costa Maya on our next visit to Bodrum. Highly recommend! 10/10

That we only stayed a week

Dear Seda, I just wanted to share how much we truly enjoyed our stay at Costa Maya Bodrum. Everything from the comfort of our room to the beautiful surroundings and relaxing pool made our time there so special. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional hospitality and customer service provided by you, Hasan and the entire team. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful something we deeply appreciated. A special mention to the breakfast experience, the cook and all the breakfast staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff! Dzinaj made our stay irremarkable❤️also, want to mention big thanks to Hasan ,Tarık, Mert ,Seda Ramazan, they all felt like a family and thanks to them we enjoyed the stay at the facility. Dzinaj is a gemstone to this property, that handled all our big family requests in a best manner, supervised with every detail, she’s a sunshine that added value to our stay. There’s is many moments to improve to the property itself, but the team made the stay unforgettable, we were leaving with tears, as if we left our family behind❤️perfect location in close proximity to all the adventures, restaurants, bars

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, it’s perfectly located right in the centre, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The breakfast was another highlight,plenty of variety. The staff were all very kind and helpful, always ready with a smile or a recommendation. The pool area was clean and nice trees around it. perfect for a quick dip or just lounging in the sun. Considering the quality, location, and amenities, I found the price to be very fair, with great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, and a great base to enjoy Bodrum Centre.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell at times, and the music around the pool was louder than expected, which might not suit those looking for a quieter atmosphere. The restaurant space could benefit from better ventilation and soundproofing, as it felt a little closed-in and echoey during busy times. Also, Wi-Fi wasn’t available by the pool, which would have been a nice touch.
