Great location an easy stroll to town and walking distance to ferry port. Pool was nice, quite lively, big buffet for meals.

Air conditioning was useless, woke up sweating. Would have been a bigger issue if we were staying more than one night. Lots of people complaining about the same so it wasn’t just our room. Wet patch on the floor when we arrived and when moved bed to find something we’d dropped there was loads of rubbish under bed including a vape which had leaked (hence the wet patch). So obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly between guests.

Location was perfect. Staff was very good. Both pools and gym are very good.

Food was very poor. Everywhere except the pool and the gym looked dirty. WiFI was terrible.

the air condition in the rooms are not good - although we were told that it is in good condition but system did not work properly cool down the room. Other thing was the beach towel service - I spent waiting for towels at the swimming pool deck (3) 45 min telling us in 5 min and 5 min but couldn’t get a towel - apparently were washing but never arrived on time, it is not blaming the guy in charge but he cannot resolved it.

The location was supperb, the staff were super helpful, and the food was extremely delicious.

The hotel is located near the sea and because of that at night when the party ships start to float in the harber, the music could be a little loud.

The staff and facilities are lovely. Breakfast quality is fine. The pool and beach are great and the location to town is ideal.

Could have given more water in larger bottles, there is a lot of plastic waste. Also the inner facing rooms can be seen from the rooms across so there isnt much privacy.

food was excellent, location is also very convenient, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the facilities anyone might need in a vacation. Cleaning was good as well.

The location is very good, near the centre of Bodrum, just a walk of 200 meters! Loved the food, it was warm and tasty with lots of deserts and icecream. Breakfast with salads, baked eggs, pancakes and fruits. Every time the waiters asked if we wanted water or something else to drink. Cocktails where also very good. Room was oke, cleaned every day with fresh towels. It is not a 5 star hotel, i give them 4 stars. Loved our stay at this hotel.

Mucahit at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! Our ferry ( & all others) was cancelled due to high winds. He helped to secure bookings for the next day on another ferry line. So grateful to him!

Good location as it’s an easy walk to the centre and castle. Beach across the road .

A lot of staff act uninterested which we understand as it’s boring doing the same thing everyday but just standing looking at your phone while guests are needing assistance isn’t a good experience.
