It is like a little oasis10 minutes walk from the beach. Everything is very convenient. The family are always available and obliging and very helpful. The pool and surrounds and the greenery and landscaping are both well cared for and attractive but also it is very private and peaceful. It is much preferable to being on or very close to the beach. But easily accessible to the beach. The breakfasts made by the family are very beautifully prepared and presented and change day to day and are very healthy and tasty. Everything is excellent and I would fully recommend you to stay there.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and varied each day. Care and attention was provided throughout the service and the food was excellent quality and delicious. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We had some issues with our room and with no hesitation the hosts moved us to something much more suited to us. The pool was lovely and clean, the garden was quiet and well looked after. Most importantly the hosts were attentive but not imposing. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The place is run by a family and they were all kind and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is very cute with a little garden and pool in the back. Room and the bathroom were very clean. Location is a 5 min walk from the beach and less than 10 min drive from both Turkbuku and Yalikavak where most of the beach clubs I went were which was great. Breakfast was great and the service was amazing as well.

The property was beautiful and had a personal touch to it. The hotel is run by a family so it feels really safe and we felt cared for. The owner of the property is directly in touch with you for all your needs and as 4 girls travelling he ensured we were safe. The breakfast is made to order by the family and it was very good.

So, the hotel is simply beautiful. It is stunningly decorated and I went home with lots of ideas for my own house. The rooms are airy and large, with beautiful size ensuits. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and different every day but with enough variety to satisfy everyone from 'white bread and chocolate spread please' kids, to adults that enjoy great cuisine. The family that run the villa are very friendly and helped us with transport and also when one of the children had heat exhaustion. The swimming pool and surrounds and again stunning; what a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the water and view. It was a real special treat to be there.

The roads were quite hectic when leaving the hotel, but this didn't impact on the hotel itself at all. The traffic wasn't audible from the rooms. You just needed to be alert when walking down to the sea.

Beautiful boutique hotel, managed by a very generous family. The hotel itself is very quiet, perfect for those seeking a calm retreat. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. A traditional breakfast was prepared daily by the owners themselves, which we enjoyed immensely.

We were at the Villa Olivia Butik hotel from 4th to 8th May. It’s amazing place with the best hosts. Gursel helped us order taxi from the airport and waited till we come to the hotel. Rooms are clean and unique in Greece style like as on the photos. Room cleaned every day. There are mini bar with snackes and drinks, small bath items and towels. Every breakfast was delicious with eggs, bread, cheese, vegetables and fruits. Also they have clean swimming pool and beautiful garden where you can chill and take photos. We want to thanks Gursel’s family for warm meeting. Next time we will come there too.
