Location is brilliant. Rooms are clean. We stayed room for 3 people. The room had everything you needed. Breakfast excellent. They serve us fresh salads olive cheese including home made cookies cake .we tasted their localy produced olive oil and we bought. They even gave us gift of small olive olive. Overall my family and I had a great time. More than happy to recommend this family run boutique hotel in Burhaniye. Special thank to lovely staff who take care of us and owner of the the hotel We will definitely come back .

Beautiful property, friendly staff and all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfasts are superlative, and you get enough food to feed an army.

The breakfast experience was incredible. The setting in the back where you eat, plus the amazing friendly service and the incredible fresh and flavorful & plentiful local food served was amazing! They were very helpful at check-in and provided what we needed when we asked for it. They went the extra mile!

The rooms are a tad small. But since you are right on the beach, you will want to be outside anyhow so not a problem.

This little hotel is lovingly maintained and managed. They went out of their way to provide me, their first vegan guest, with a delicious and abundant Turkish breakfast. I appreciate that they also let me modify my booking when my flights got cancelled and I needed to reschedule and let me check in early when I arrived. There were other small authentic kindnesses and personal touches that made me feel like a welcome guest. Everything is spotlessly clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Fantastic location, right on the sea front. Easy access to local restaurants and the beach. Dog friendly.

The room has a huge full wall window with no curtain, just net curtains, so there was little privacy and the light woke us early in the morning. We have suggested that this needs addressing so hopefully they will make changes.

The location is really amazing: just near the beach and surrounded by pine trees and oaks. You can smell the magnolias and listen to birds singing in the morning. You get on the sea promenade just from the yard. They also serve nice breakfast with really tasty olives

The room seemed to be not big enough for our family (4 persons). But you can have your own table on the terrace with sea view. And that saves the day. I personally didn’t like the fact that there was no staff in the hotel when we arrived and we had to follow instructions via WhatsApp

Exceptional breakfast, the best we had in our trip in Turkey. The 2 ladies are super nice and always there to serve you. We felt like we were in grandmother's house. We ate some extraordinary olives, sweets and olive oil, that is from their own production. The room was very clean and the mattress was excellent for a good sleep.

Slightly noisy until 1 am and morning pray at 4 :) didn’t sleep well. Squeaky bed :)

The location of the hotel with all the trees and very near all the town's facilities is wonderful. The breakfast in the greenery and all the offered food was superb.

The room was slightly on the small side but it was very clean and the beds were fine.
