Hotel is modest, but it has all you need. You can park the car in the street near by, it is not crowded. Location is good, the center is 10 minutes walking distance. The food was delicious.

They don't clean the rooms very often, some of the towels were old and torn, water was leaking on the bathroom floor. Maybe some minor renovations would improve the overall impression.

The TV is positioned too close to the third bed We wanted to book for one more night and they said it was possible, but in 5 minutes they removed all 3 offers from booking.com and offered us a more expensive one. The next day the rooms were still available but I gave up.

There is big garden with parrots. There was plenty of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The rooms were cleaned up every 3 days and the staff were very nice. Prices in the restaurants are good. Overall it’s good value for money.

There were strange combinations with the food but I guess this is normal In Turkey. Fish is best with potatoes, and potatoes are better to be served in dinner :)

Best buffet dinner and breakfast! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit old but clean. We have a very nice stay and will be glad to come again. Please note that the hotel location on Booking isn't right. Just check the right location on Google Maps by the hotel name. The hotel is on the same street but the point on Booking isn't correct.

Besides the exceptional service, what is worth mentioning is the amount of kindness of the staff & reception. Always willing to help you with all their efforts and always trying to make you feel like home. Honest, sympathetic, good and caring people. I absolutely recommend this hotel and I will definitely revisit. Thank you! ☺️

One of my best experiences was staying at this hotel. The hotel was excellent, clean, the staff very friendly and kind, the breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the centrum, there is a Dolmus stop right in the intersection and the long distance bus station is less than 10 minutes away. We had a big balcony and the bed was comfortable. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, but there was not a huge selection. Great price-value ratio.

The air conditioning was not working and the shower was leaking.

Definitely best price in the area also price performance ratio :) Nearby Çeşme center, public transportation and shopping mall, 9km to Alaçatı area. Really helpful and smiling staffs delicious food with enough choices close to many beaches no parking problem thank you everyone =)

There was no mini bar in the rooms, although it was written on the reservations. But staffs are helpful about the fridge. Most of time poor wifi connection. Towels were clean but some of them need to be replaced.

The food is great. The staff is really nice and always try to help. The location is great.

The staff doesn't speak good English. There are a lot of cats jumping around or on the tables during breakfast and dinner.

The staff are just amazing! Always ready to help with anything you need. Everybody: receptionists, barmen, waiters are just so helpful! The breakfast and dinner are great: a very big choice of truly delicious dishes! Not all 5-star hotels offer such great food. The territory is very cosy and the rooms are all equipped with air conditioners which is just perfect during the day to survive the heat. The location is also great, just a 10-minute walk from a very lovely beach with transparent water, nothing can be more prefect for a swim and contemplating the beauty.

The rooms are old and definitely need refurbishment. However the staff, location and food overweigh the faults and that's why we have given this hotel 10 out of ten. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!!!
