The hotel is on the beach. Every room has an ocean view and the beach looks out to a lagoon with calm and beautiful waters. Possibly the best rooms are the private bungalows with a stretch of beach of their own. The only drawback is the short but pleasant walk to the dining hall. Hotel offers amenities like a gym, standard lap pool, other pools, and two beautiful authentic Turkish baths.

Property is well cared for with a large personnel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel is old and needs updating but nothing takes away from the enjoyment of the resort.

Everything was great most esp. the crew and staff! They were all so friendly, esp. mention to Simba she was so nice, smiling and very accomodating and so with the other girl but forgot to ask her name. There should be other kids club options for non-turkish speakers perhaps english. And I think there should be a package tour deal offer from the hotel and lastly maybe guests will be offered somekinde map of the town what to see nearby/closed by the hotel.

I was given a room called "Garden Superior room" which was old, not very clean furniture, and had a moldy bathroom. Upon requesting a change of room I was offered an upgrade to a Bangalow room which was PERFECT! I would repeat the hotel and stay in the same bungalow room 1523 or 1524

- Hot water was not always consistent in the shower but not a big deal! - There seemed to be an electricity problem during our stay had some off times during the night. - Hotel is overpriced

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel. It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny. Truly 5 star experience.

Hotel is perfect. The only problem we had is when we got out the hotel to walk around and there’s a few street dogs that growling at us and 1 almost attack us but luckily, it’s owner manage to tame it.

My mom stayed here as her birthday gift and she loved it. She loved the room, the staff bringing her a little cake for her birthday, celebrating it while check in, the beautiful sea, warm pools etc. We love this place for years now, never disappoints.

After the check-out, my mom wanted to have one last tea before leaving but the staff at the door didn't let her. This is not a big thing, and normally they do let you have one last tea time.

The beach on premises was amazing, exceptionally clean and the water is borderline therapeutic. The breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic with plenty of options and different choices daily. The kids club had entertainment for the little ones every night to wear them out before bed. The room we stayed in was large with a big balcony, the bed was huge (I'm 6'3") and comfortable and the shower pressure was very good.

Very expensive hotel, very expensive charges for extras, breakfast, dinner, spa The 95% of the staff wasn't speaking English, not even the basic..

Excellent private beach, indoor and a large outdoor pool, mineral hot springs pool. Beautiful sea view.

We got a room that was an odd selection for a 68/62 couple. It was nearly entirely taken up by a huge round bed with a mirrored ceiling. The bed was surrounded by a barrier making it sort of a cooking pot, which could only be exited at one point. While it’s not unusual for Turkey to have no flat bedsheet under the blanket, but for $450/night hotel one could expect a better with Western customs. Also, while this is indeed a top-class resort, for that money you would expect an all-inclusive treatment.

Very clean, high comfort and a very good Location. The beach and the kids animation are outstanding. It has all you need but is still overviewable.

There is not much around the hotel like markets which you could reach by a quick walk. Prices are a bit above the expectations.

This hotel is absolutely a family hotel. We like the location, sandy beach and quiet pools. They don't have so many activities after 22 and you can enjoy the silence.overall cesme is over crowded and expensive but ilica is good for money. The foods are also quite delicious and you can find a variety of types.

We stayed in a bungalow and it was not used for some time and it was dusty and dirty. We talked with the reception and they immediately sent a room service to clean it. They are really interested and taking a solution for your problem
