My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of Ruken, Ahmet, Mehment, and Sangul at the front desk—they made all the difference!!! They were always happy to assist and provide extra services without extra charge. Breakfast was great, there were a lot of different varieties of fresh food with oven-baked bread. I can say the same for the lunch, as it was delicious. Also, very close to the hotel, walking distance is a shopping mall!

Maybe I can say that elevators were not the best option, as sometimes it would take you to the wrong floor.

The staff was very helpful as I needed to change the date of the reservation when I arrived there and they approved it with the help of Mr Burak. What I like about him is that he's available most of the time. Thank you, Burak. The room and the hotel itself were clean. I couldn't get much time in the hotel to try the facilities. Breakfast was very nice with a wide range of choices and everyone is trying to help especially Mr Baran. My family enjoyed it very much

The receptionists only speak Kurdish & Turkish so they need to translate all your requests first. Barak was the only person speaks a bit of English. There was not enough brightness in the living room. All the rest were fine

It was a fine hotel with big and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little hard for us. We had some few technical issues but I was solved in no time. There was a nice spa area. The restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel is located near town and a small mall. The hotel is located near Syrian border wich is interesting.

Good hotel, spacious lobby, good size room. Very nice views on the river side. Helpful reception staff especially Ruben and Ahmet, thank you.

You have to check all lights, socket, A/C, safe operation… everything. Not all works well. I had to change the room to a more fault-free one.

Good location

Value seem to be high When I checked out the staff informed me I eat chocolate but I don’t eat it. The staff picked photo of trash in my room! Anyway I paid 30 TL but I am sure I not take any thing from mini bar. For this reason I decided this last time to book in this hotel because the staff not trust with the guest. Note that I booked 3 times in this hotel. In next time I will sleep in the street and don’t book in this hotel
