Best location. With the car easily reachable from behind with parking on the premises available, just a few stairs down into the city centre and the water front with the cafés. Beautiful city and sea view from the balcony with sun in the morning. Hot water (never went cold), apartment AC had good heating capabilities (as it was cold end of December). Facility manager who was very attentive, easy to reach, and responded fast. House cat that you can welcome in of you like. Potent oven (for its microwave shape quite a surprise).

General state of cleanliness... No hot water in the apartment in which we stayed for the first night, then asked for a change of apartment which we got (the 2nd apartment was also more cosy, we felt more comfortable there; plus had more sun). The payment procedure. I clearly stated that I wanted to pay in Turkish Lira and not use the conversion rate offered through the bank used for the transfer. The host pressed "yes" before I could stop him, resulting in avoidable transaction fees of 30€. He offered an extra night for free, which was a nice gesture, although we couldn't take him up on the offer since we couldn't extend our stay due to time constraints.

Plenty of room, washing machine, by using the path it was close to town.

Check in was a bit sloppy, The apartment was a great size, in a good location but totally lacked any decorating style. The apartments have such potential. Little things also like no plug for the kitchen sink, no dish drying towel for drying dishes. There is a very convenient path leading to the town and rain has washed gravel and rocks onto it, making it a potential hazard. Easily fixed by sweeping but it hasn't been done. I picked up some plastic bags out of the garden that were there when we arrived, all little things that make a difference.

Great location and there is a path built from the property into the main part of town on the seafront, so you don't have to walk the long way around on the road.Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use all of the facilities but the equipment provided in the kitchen were sufficient if you were needing to cook at the apartment. We recommend to anyone on a budget and will be returning when we visit Datca again.

The smell of mothballs in the shower

Some of the flats (not all) have a spectacular view over the Datca harbour. That was the main reason we (13 friends & family mostly from the UK) decided to rebook it after our memorable stay back in 2021. The flats, with basic amenities, are spacious and bright.

We had booked 5 flats for 1 night at total cost of €658. There was no hot water in the following morning, nor any response from the manager and we left the property in early morning. Later, we received repeated apologies from the owner regarding this mishap. Whether we go back there next year remains uncertain.

I really liked the location, the view from the room and the cleanliness inside, there are all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom! The owner was always in touch with us.

When there was a strong wind, there was a slight noise from the roof. I would change the lighting in the kitchen, the lamp is very bright.

I don't understant the people who say that this place isn't clean enough. It's absolutely clean and spacious especially in comparisson to many other options in Turkey. We stayed there more than a week and we enjoyed every single day there. There is everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and the washing machine. The view is fantastic even from the room "with garden view" just turn your head and you see a marvellous scenery. There is a mosque not far from here but the sound is nice and cozy If you need cleaning you just tell the staff about it and they come asap. Thanks a lot, Gökçin, for being nice and friendly!

Spectacular view over Datca with a very nice terrace. Spatious apartment with separate bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Supermarket is quite nearby.

The apartment was a bit dated, but overall still in a good shape. The access road is quite steep. Finding the apartment was a bit tricky because we had to pick up the keys at a different location.

The sea view was very beautiful right from our balcony. So spacious. The place was super clean. Everything is available. It felt like home. Everything is close to us a 5 min walk to the beaches, supermarket, shops, restaurants etc. And everyone there were VERY kind and welcoming. We will definitely come again.

The design is poor. Lack of knee room when sitting on the toilet, no plugs near tables, there is an extractor fan, but the only plug if you’re using the portable stove or oven is on the other side of the sink. Bedroom is a bit grim

Amazing location 1 minute walk into town and stunning views over the harbour. Spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a 12 day stay. Check in and out was very easy with our host Mahmut, he was very helpful, polite, and welcoming.
