Family-run. Easy to find location: just a few hundred meters from the church of St. Nicholas. Rooms are mini-apartments suitable for longer stays. Located on a major street with many restaurants and grocery stores. Street parking was a challenge: hotel staff helpfully blocked space for us. On site laundry a plus.

As an apartment-hotel it does not serve breakfast. No worries: we enjoyed our one breakfast in Demre eating wonderful Turkish pastries at a local bakery with excellent coffee from a nearby gasoline station.

We liked this apartments a lot! It’s very clean, there are all facilities in the kitchen, very close to the city center and 20 min walk to the sea. Good furniture and all small details. Very friendly staff who helps with everything! Really recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would stay here next time. the place is easy to find, there are good cafes nearby. The owner takes great care of his hotel: everything is very clean, furniture, lighting, sockets are thought out. There are blackout curtains, the mattress is perfect. The air conditioner is clean and works well. The owner of the hotel is very polite and hospitable: we asked him for a recommendation for an excursion to the island of Kekova - he booked a tour for us, which we were completely satisfied with. Other hotels have a lot to learn from SUİT202!

This is s Turkish thing, sometimes, but a bed cover that actually fitted over 2 people would be great! There was only one chair to sit on in room.

Excellent hotel in the center of Demre; next to the bus station, about 15-20 minutes walk to amazing Myra Ruins and the same, but in the opposite direction to the sea. The rooms are specious, very clean and comfortable. The staff is great and very helpful. Highly recommended 👌

The room had everything needed, bed was so comfy , the shop is opposite if you needed anything.The bus station is right behind. The stuff is really friendly. Just the ac is not very powerfull but enough cold to let you sleep. Sahred washing machine and dryer.

Location is great, 2 minutes from the bus station. Spacious apartment room, comfortable bed. Extremely helpful owner, helping my husband out when he had some injuries and to make bus reservations.
