this hotel is family run they are very accommodating and friendly . We have been to the area a good few times so know the places to go

we had to ask to move rooms as the first one was street facing and we had asked for pool facing, the first room had a camp bed as the extra bed which was not comfortable, my stepdaughters room did not have a tv, our room the balcony door was difficult to open. the pool is adequate and we knew it was small however the tiles at the top around the pool needed a good clean and only a few of the parasols worked. the pool bar was open but hardly any music played and not manned all the time. The neighbouring hotel has been knocked down and the site it was on is very dusty which blew over to the balconies and us! it’s a shame as this used to be a lovely hotel hopefully next year when the neighbouring one is built it will be better? also it costs £30 per week for air con and £15 for safe

If you like salad for breakfast you are ok ho and bread and jam no other choice

We didn't expect to be looking on to a building site in front of our balcony or at the side of us 2 hotels had been pulled down and men was working on site from 8am to 8pm it's not nice looking at a giant hole in front of your hotel and the road was also very dangerous as it was all dug up my husband and I are in our 70s and my husband walks with a stick so it was a challenge getting on to a smooth surface we took photos if needed

The bed had bed bugs, and I was bitten severely, everywhere. No fitted sheet to prevent this.

The balcony view was of a derelict building. I could hear running water 24 hours per day and the sound of a pump.
