The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the female receptionist and the owner. I'm currently on a cycling trip and ran into some mechanical problems but unfortunately the parts could only be obtained from Ankara. The owner of the hotel arranged for someone to pick up the part in Ankara and take the overnight bus to deliver them the next day here. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and helpfulness. Also the burgers in the attached downstairs bar were excellent!!

very central and conveniently located for shops, eating out and public transport. Staff were very friendly, helpful, hospitable and offered very useful advice and information. Breakfasts were good. Room clean and comfortable

it was very warm stay! staff is really nice and care about their guests. they really allow stay with a dog in a large room, we were staying in room for 4 with our big dog! breakfast was really good! absolutely recommend!

The staffs were amazing, some of them don’t speak english but they really friendly. we arrived at 9 am in the morning, and the let us early check-in. The location was perfect, walking distance from the center. + we can see nice view from our room.
