This is a small but charming hotel run by a friendly and helpful family. The Turkish breakfast on the sea-facing veranda is the stuff dreams are made of. There are a couple of reasonably good and fair-priced restaurants and a mini-market just across the road. The hotel is well placed for people trekking through the region's natural parks and exploring isolated beaches

The business deserves a 5-stars rating. However, you should be aware that the closest beach is a good 30-minutes trek down a steep hill. Also, the stunning views are somewhat spoiled by the local infrastructure across the road, such as electric cables, hot water boilers, etc

Absolutely beautiful property - very relaxing part of Fethiye up in the mountains. Incredible views. The staff were so attentive and friendly helped us with parking in the property and then carried our suitcases. They own the restaurant over the road so it was perfect for views and sunsets once we got there. The breakfast is huge too. The gardens are really beautiful and a peaceful place in the evening to enjoy the stars.

Hard to fault but the curtain was broken in our room so we couldn’t fully sleep.

Spacious room and bathroom, simple but tastefully decorated. Room and bathroom was clean so were the bed linen and towels. The bed was comfortable. Outside area is beautiful well maintained with fruit tries and flowers, the garden has several common seating areas with a view over the mountains and the Kabak bay below. Breakfast is at a local restaurant right across the street with even a better view. This way they are supporting the local business. The breakfast was good and the people friendly

Nothing, it was all lovely. There were a flew blips with the internet, but I think this was outside their control If you're there in summer, I'd recommend making sure you book an A/C room. I didn't realise I'd booked one without A/C and although there was a fan, it was really very hot in mid-July.

The house is really pretty and surround by a lovely garden. It is ideally located in the small village of Kabak, on the Lycian route (on which we were hiking). The room was comfortable and clean and the hosts were nice and accommodating. Would recommend for a stay on this lovely coast or for a night stop on the Lycian hike !

The breakfast was not great and served directly inside the room, which was a little bit startling (but both are probably due to off season traveling).

We were very happy to have found this recently built, charmingly rustic hotel in the heart of the little village of Kabak. Despite our last minute booking and very late arrival hotel owner Atta was there to meet us and help us with our bags into our room. We know Kabak well and it was delightful to wake up to the sounds of the village coming back to life. Turkish tea and breakfast is served on the shaded terrace and there are plenty of pleasant areas to sit in the hotel’s well tended garden.

If we had been staying at the hotel longer we would have appreciated the provision of bedside lights so that we could read without having to have the main ceiling light on.

It is definitely the most beautiful and elegant feeling property in the whole area, super elegant, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the views are spectacular, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay.

The only lights in the room were overhead and white, we like having warm indirect light before sleeping. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Modern and clean room. Bathroom is also clean, water pressure and temperature is great. Breakfast is served in the restaurant across the street, it was very delicious. Balcony is small, but the view is beautiful. Be sure to book a room with sea view. Owner is nice and helpful. Lot of electrical outlets. Wifi was OK.

Welcoming staff, gorgeous setting and view. The gardens were lovely to be able to enjoy. Good shower. It was a great place to switch off and enjoy the peace of the valley.

We stayed for four nights. It would have been nice if the bins had been emptied during our stay.

Very kind and helpful host The host was very kind and always ready to help. The room was cozy and comfortable. Also, the food at the restaurant across the street was delicious!
