The family room was spacious and the bathroom was good. Overall well furnished and modern. Location is good and the staff at the reception was helpful.

It seems that the technical maintenance is not good - the window handle and the door lock were broken from the beginning. The toilet flush broke down too on the first day. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The hotel is quiet, no crime and the staff is nice.

Our room had an adjacent room, separated by a locked door. Our neighbours we smoking and making noise untill late in the night, so it was a bit noisy and there was also light smell of cigar smoke. The hotel had no real parking space, so you just park on the street. Good news it is next to the police and there were no problems. Almost all of the stuff does not speak a word of English. It is clear the hotel used to be nicer when new, but now it is a bit weared down and needs renovation.

The hotel looks much better in reality, it is very clean, huge rooms with big and comfortable beds. It was a misunderstanding with the room type I booked, the person that checked us in gave us a standard room he didnt want to give us the upgraded room that we booked, I had to wait half an hour for him to call the manager and explain the situation even if it was written very clear in the booking I booked 2 separate bedrooms. But thanks to the young boy who made our evening much better, if Im not wrong his name was Akil he speaks very good english and was very polite, in my opinion he can be easily promoted. He is very good in customer service, he knows how to talk to the guests. Do not lose him, staff is really important in a business. Im still rating 10 out of 10 because the hotel looks very good, breakfast was various, the restaurant which is at the last floor has a lovely open terrace with nice view. Parking is free of charge you just need to let them know in advance you are coming with a car. That was a bonus.

Not all the staff are well trained, a supervisor or manager should be there to save a situation like we had. Especially because we had to wait half an hour with our 1 year old baby to get the room type we booked after driving 7 hours we just wanted to get a sleep. As a tip for the manager, please put name badge to the staff so we can remember their names easily. Im still rating 10 out 10 because the hotel looks really nice

The hotel is very good positioned and the breakfast is served at the last floor, with a very good view. The beds are very comfortable.

The hotel needs some investment in electric facility. The electrical socket were pulled out of the wall, even on the hall way. Very dangerous for children !! And the walls are very thin, you can hear everything from your neighbours. The say they have parking, but we were forced to find a parking space on one of the streets nearby.

Nice hotel in the center of the city, close to the main roads. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Very good breakfast. There is a post office nearby, if you need to pay the hgs taxes.

It is difficult to park in front of the hotel, although we did not have any problems. The window was not closing tightly and the shower needed repair.

It's in the center of the town, the facade is new and clean. Inside is very comfortable, clean and rich looking. The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are excellent.
