House Keeping should include bed-sheets change every day, The 2 elevators in the main building is not enough for the big numbers of guests especially after breakfast and dinner and during check-in and check-out

Charming place in nature, lots of hiking path, and very nice thermal equipments, and good buffet. Very nice for kids.

It would have been great for a 5 stars hotels to have some people confortable with English. Quite difficult to communicate, by luck we have Google Translate.

Breakfast was great. Also the location was perfect. all the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. even they help us to change our rooms for better view and easy to accept late check out. the customer relation manager ELIF was the best person in her position.

wi-fi was very poor . A/C was not working.

Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Evening buffet also was good value with wide choice. Thermal pool, sauna, steam room and swimming pool were superb and very clean. Spacious room was clean and comfortable with view over the forest. This is a convenient location 90 mins from Ankara airport en route to Safranbolu.

The hotel is located in a pine forest with fresh air and peacefull. The foods was tasty and of good quality.

The SPA area should be cleaner and the water quality in the pools with thermal water but also those without thermal water should be checked to avoid illnesses.

We all really enjoyed breakfast and dinner, they provided various types of food and everything was so delicious. The location was wonderful at the center of the forest with fresh air.

It is a bit more crowded than we expected, which is also a sign of how lovely this place is. Other than this we really enjoyed our time there with family.

The men s pool and outdoor pool were closed for renovatios when we stayed. The swimming pool that was renovated was painted and the paint is slippery,
