The staff was very kind and helpful, in this hotel I felt like being on an island where everyone spoke English and I could communicate with people. The wifi and tv channels selection was very good. The breakfast was awesome. The location was good, Kütahya main attractions are in a walkable distance. Moreover, the bus terminal was 50 m across the street.

Nobody answers the messages sent from Booking app, I don't know why. This would have helped me a lot to plan my visit in a better way regarding car rental for example.

The localition was perfect in the city centre.The other good thing was the staff,they were very helpful, kind and always ready for what we needed.Room was big enough and I appreciate that it was water and iron.It was also really clean.

Good standard throughout. The staff is very nice and helpful. We appreciated the valet service for the car. The internet was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

The shower was disappointing but this is probably because of the water pressure.

A very good hotel. As expected from Hilton. It is very close to downtown (5 min walk). We were alowed to park in front of the hotel for 1 night. We arrived late, an left early. The breakfest was very good and various. A very good choise for few nights in the city.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Kütahya. Staff super helpful with parking and printing out a document, and lots of good eateries in the neighbourhood.

A pool or sauna/jacuzzi would have been nice. Shower needed a little bit of tlc.

Hilton always guarantees quality. Rooms clean, spacious, very comfortable huge bed. Breakfast great, staff very courteous. On the plus side, free parking. Recommended.

The hotel and the room feels a bit old, but it's fine. The room is very spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast is good too. Free underground parking.

There's a restaurant in the building with very loud (but nice :)) music. Wasn't a problem for me, but be aware. The breakfast is a buffet, but there's a waiter that puts what you point at to your plate instead of letting you do it yourself. That's really not necessary IMO, unless that's a covid thing.
