Lovely pools, lots of activities for children. Huge variety of food.

The hotel is 99.9% full of Russians. Enterteiner speaks Russian, the evening program is in Russian language, songs in late night disco is Russian songs. And they are not friendly . Think twice before booking the hotel.

Once there was a show that wasnt appropriate for kids , i wouldve preferred if we were told previously so that we wouldnt be around (ppl were asked to dance in a suddective way)

Everything! Facilities, personnel, swimming pools, entertainments, food and etc. were amazing.

Mosquitos :) They do not cause inconvenience outside, only inside. As per observation, they were mainly coming from ventilation. We were spending 20 minutes to them before going to bed everyday.

Great value for money! If you are looking for a place to spend fun time with your kids, this is the place! Superb facilities, clean, multiple pools, tasty food and lots of entertainment for kids!

The bars are very simple with limited options. You can not order any cocktail if it's not on the menu and there is only 5! If you are a drinker, you may be disappointed. Although it's a huge facility, there is only one single towel station. If you are staying at the villa, you need to walk 5-7 min to reach it.

Very good location, friendly staffs , very nice foods . In particular I would like to mention the night manager Mr.Cahit was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend that the majority of the sunbeds are replaced as they have been heavily used and become uncomfortable. During the time that we stayed at the beach, it was uncomfortable. We felt the metal into our back which did not lead to a great experience. I would also like to mention that some of the outside toilet areas are upgraded as they did seem a little rundown but clean .

1. Staff. They go up and above in customer service and always put guests as a priority. Bellboy Yusuf, receptionists Anastasia, Saadat, the entire bar and restaurant staff, manager Yassin (I hope I got the spelling right!), entertainment staff. I think how this hotel is run should be used as an example of how the team should be managed. The management is excellent. Well done! 2. Entertainment. They had something nice going on every day and night, and, unlike many other hotels, their programs are actually interesting and engaging. The dance artists were breathtakingly professional! 3. Location. The hotel is located in the mountains in a secluded area (30 minutes from Marmaris) but you don’t really need to go outside. Very my big, green and well run territory. 4. Beach. The hotel is located right on the extended private beach, some lounge areas are under the palms with excellent views. There are also a couple of owners yachts parked at one of the piers which allows you to take nice and posh photos:) The hotel works at 100% occupancy in the season but it’s never too busy because the beach is huge. There are also nice piers (from which we took advantage to jump nicely!). 5. I should say that the guests are predominantly Russians (the hotel is partly bought out by Pegas - Russian tour operator). Being Russian by origin myself, I I usually try to avoid mixing with Russian tourists but this hotel guests are middle class + so respectful and no trouble. But do expect lots of fit hot blonds on the beach!) Also spoken language is predominantly Russian (and I think most of entertainment girls are from Ukraine which is rather nice). 6. Hotel photographers, Eva and Shah. Very professional - you’ll have some really good memories. Do yourself a favour and book these guys. Read above and also do a couple of shots against the private yachts - see mine below!). 7. Also need to mention excellent water sports - we tried everything but paragliding had to be my favourite! 8.

Wi-Fi connection was really poor and only worked outside, not in the room. I know that holidaymakers are not supposed to use internet too much and enjoy the holiday but I needed to work a bit and really struggled at times. I think the management should definitely consider and invest in improving the internet connection.

It's not a super-luxury resort but it's exactly how we wanted it to be and the price was very fair for what we got. Good rooms, amazing views, decent food (not luxury - but we always had something good to eat). It's a family-oriented resort but it works for all types of travellers. It has one or two bigger pools and more smaller pools for every building which is very nice because you can choose between more noise or more quiet. We'll definitely visit it again if the price to quality rate stays the same.

The food was ok but don't expect the best drinks (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic). If you plan on going to the gym - you won't have many options. More smiles on the faces of the staff (barmen particularly) could make things better too (some of them seemed really really tired and not interested in you as a client). Don't expect them to speak much English but you'll do well if you speak Russian (or Turkish, of course). Most of the visitors were Russian speakers and while we don't have anything against them, seeing one of them parading with a "Z" t-shirt was very stupid and offensive for some, I assume. I'd expect the hotel to take some measures in such cases. Nevertheless - we will come back.

Reception desk busy at times, not enough English speaking staff

Amazing cant fault this resort in any way we had booked a deluxe room as a couple and had our own private pool and sea view room, we drove from Antalya all the way here and parking was available under security, and once here we were instantly checked in and driven to our room in a private buggy, room was with a private balcony and amazing central location in resort, it was all inclusive breakfast lunch, snack tea time and dinner food was amazing always a different cuisine and deserts and drinks unlimited I would definitely recommend this beach resort its so amazing and a wonderful experience with romantic views and scenery and there are a lot of activities the resort provides, from gym sauna , massage swimming, archery, darts, night time disco its just amazing you have to see to believe.

I think wifi signal in rooms could be improved with extenders other than that allis good and well.
