We stayed there for two nights and it was my second time staying at the Nobel Hotel. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the check-in and check-out especially if you want an invoice to be issued on your company’s name which is not always easy in Turkey. The location is in the city center: it is on the opposite side of a nice cafe and some small restaurants are nearby, where you can quickly grab something to eat. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is spacious and very clean, location is amazing,, few steps away from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding.

Staff not speaking English. And the AC in my room was not very strong,, it took around 1 hours for the room to cool. Also, it's a split unit not central. On the first night, the guests in the room next door were having a party and playing music very loudly, it was very noisy and since the staff don't understand English, it was very difficult to communicate and explain the situation.

Excellent value for money. Reception desk and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was the best so far in a weeks travel around Turkiye.

The hotel is located on a main road in Mersin. We drove there but found there is no parking space available at the entry to the hotel to stop to unload baggage etc. However the staff very politely helped us negotiate our way around busy main road to get to the private and secure parking at the rear. The weather was extremely hot which did not help.

As always hotel is old need renovation especially the both room. Breakfast no body keep distance the mostly no mask

the hotel is very well located , the room was big and clean . i forgot important documents in the safe , i called the hotel a day after and send them by cargo the next day (very appreciated)

good location, a bit far from Marina, but in the center of the neighbourhood. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Good price/ good service.

When I lived in the hotel it was still some renovations, but they would host guest from the other side.

The staff are wonderful. Receptionist Zainab was extremely helpful. The bellboy was very willing to help and most polite. Breakfast was most delicious and the restaurant staff were so responsible and respectful. Fresh food cooked and fresh fruits and produce. We definitely will visit again if pass by Mersin again.

rooms are nice, staff are friendly, very good fresh breakfast. parking and close to city center.

the cigarette smell in the room even after changing the room. the have to invest in some room deodorant. air extractor in the bathroom was missing and you can see a hole in the wall, same in dinning area. staff does not speak english so was hard to communicate.

in the middle of the busy center. comfortable rooms and quiet at night. friendly and helpful valet parking staff.
