Price was amazing for what we got. The place is gorgeous and well maintained. FAR from intercom announcing call to prayer (announces twice in the middle of the night). In other places that was waking us up. QUIET AREA. Clean and SOOO well decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner can be delivered for a very cheap price. Staff was the BEST!!! I had 3 different hotels over 6 nights because I wanted a balloon ride during our stay. We rode morning one but there were several days they didn't run (wind issues). A block away from Pigeon Canyon which is spectacular all lit up at night.

I didn't try to take public transportation yet (turns out to be super cheap and easy) but facility is just a tad bit away from EVERY convenience (though plenty of essentialones). Not a problem since we booked tours and got picked up. Lighting in room a bit dim and outlets are minimal. Shower 🚿 was great everything except had trouble with shower head. This place exceeded expectations and for the price it was the BEST value.

I stayed at Flavia Cappadocia Hotel for three nights during my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a more magical, thoughtful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and kindness of the staff set the tone, especially Seda and Chet, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel is tucked away in peaceful Uçhisar, just near Pigeon Valley. It's beautifully designed, calm, and ideally located — close to major sites but away from the crowds. We had a rental car, which made exploring nearby places like Avanos incredibly easy. That town, by the way, is perfect for authentic local food without the bustle. What truly stole my heart was the birthday surprise: rose petals, a handwritten note, and a cake waiting in my room—all done with such care. It was such a touching gesture that I'll never forget. I even hung my first Nazar boncuğu (evil eye bead) in their tree as a token of gratitude and memory. Though the breakfast was modest, the hospitality more than made up for it. The entire experience felt personal, welcoming, and grounded in genuine Turkish warmth. If you're looking for a quiet, enchanting stay in Cappadocia with heart, charm, and soul, this is it.

Stayed in Flavia Cappadoccia a Family run Hotel for 4 days over the Easter break. They made us feel like part of their family and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We did an early check-in as it was an early morning flight from Istanbul and a very late check out on the last day as we wanted to extend the stay. We were accommodated for free and the Owner did not accept any payment as his first priority was our comfort & happiness! Special mention to Ferhat for dropping us to the Bus Stop in the mornings & arranging the tours at reasonable prices and also Aysa for the lovely home cooked breakfasts every morning - simply unforgettable! Considering the number of hotels in Goreme and Uchisar that were coming up when we were searching for a room - we were lucky to have opted for Flavia and would definitely recommend it.

It is located within the quite part of the uchisar but not so far from Uchisar Castle. Goreme town is about 15 min away. Rooms are adequately spacious, breakfast was good. Staff within the hotel was very courteous and helpful.

Interior design looks but gloomy within the room. But it is personal preference. Location is but away from main attractions and activities. But having an own transport or pick up and drop off by activity providers is an alternative.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save some money, but still have an eclectic, unique experience. It was perfect for our short layover in the region. Great showers, bed and clean. Perfect Turkish breakfast and staffs and the owners of hotel were a sweethearts! All our trip arrangements have been taken care of by the owners, they arranged our balloon tour and ATV tour. And also they provided massage service at the end of the day. Long story short it was a magical experience with every details!

Flavia Cappadocia Hotel is a cute, smaller house located just about 5 minutes by foot away from the main square in Uchisar. We booked the family room (three friends traveling together), it was really nice and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and really helpful during our stay, giving tips and calling locally to book and reserve things for us. Breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast buffet, nothing extraordinary but really good nonetheless. Cute, small garden in front of the house as well. We arrived with a rental car, there was always more than enough space to park right in front of the door, and everything felt really safe.

Flavia Cappadocia was a top choice, which exceeded our expectations. I was there with my wife and son (1,5 years old) - he was able to run and play in the garden, everything was super clean and comfy, staff are extremely polite, helpful and flexible, suited all our needs. We were granted with the room we requested particularly, they fit a baby crib there as well. Location is in a quiet small street in less than a 10 minutes walk from main Uchisar area. Delightful breakfast is served on the top floor, where also two balconies offer a pleasant view. Thank you!

This was one of best stays we have had in a very long time. The property is located at a quiet place and in two minutes you can get a full view of the pigeon valley. The manager, Seda, was extremely helpful in planning our itinerary. She is knowledgeable and gives us the best deals and agencies for tours. Totally recommend this stay. And remember, ask Seda for advice regarding the tours. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the breakfast was filling too.

Enjoyed our stay there. We drove around so location was not a bit issue for us, the house stays on a quiet street with a very nice garden, where you can practice yoga on the grass or have a cup of tea there if not too hot. Room was a standard clean and reasonable size, reception was nice and friendly.

Might be a bit away from other vallies or going out for food, but for the main activities there will be bus pick up from the organiser anyway.

It’s a really nice hotel, perfect decoration, clean and wonderful. Everybody is really friendly and they helped us giving really interesting information about the area, reccomendations and helping us booking activities and transfers. It is not in the old part of the town, but it gives a nice peace and relaxing situation, being the piggeon valley viewpoint so close. Definetly, totally recommended for a wonderful stay in Capadoccia!
