The only minus is that there is no real coffee (grounded coffee beans esspresso), only Necafe variations. Turkish coffee is perfect

Perfect holiday The staff/reception is always very kind helpful and available. The dinning room tidy and clean lot of fresh and delicious foods/sides/cakes everyday. The room was quet clean and the bed is very comfy.Fresh towels everyday and the room has been cleaned everyday as well. The wifi fast and available all around the hotel,at the swimmingpool at the room etc. Everything is available what you need at the GYM the sauna is amazing. Fresh pool towels everyday. Free suttle bus to sugar beach Small shop and barber inside the hotel. The sea is 300m few minute walk from the hotel Lot of shops bars all around. Very friendly lovely peoples from the taxi driver thorough staff/shefs/diningroom workers. We will definitley coming back to you guys. Thank you for this amazing and perfect holiday. ❤️❤️❤️

Stunning location amazing hotel and staff can’t complain.

Had the most amazing stay at Turquoise hotel! From reception, restaurant, entertainment to cleaning staff, all were so welcoming and provided a service with a smile!! This is so important to me and can ruin holidays if staff are miserable! Ayten, the lovely lady at reception always had a warm, cheerful outlook and so did the lady in the evening. It is truly all inclusive, vast amount of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks/snacks available till 4pm. Location extremely convenient, with the beach and shop all within 5 mins walk. Staff were always ready to help. My son had a nasty cough few days into holiday. The manager (Ersan) was happy to provide honey lemon to soothe his throat. Lovely gesture. Cannot recommend their in house spa and wellness turkish bath enough. Adam was extremely accomodating/helpful and Semira is excellent at her craft! The medical massage was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. Will be returning and also recommending to family staff.

Good location, amazing food, great staff. A special mention to John in the entertainment team. He really goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and he's always ready with a smile and to make you laugh. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping team work really hard. And another special mention to Ahmed on security. He is always smiling and is such a nice guy

Water aerobics would have been good but we stayed at the beginning of season so things were just warming up.

-great helpful staff - good swinming pool - Grass playground for kids to play football - good food, great friendly cook by pancakes and omelettes - wifi in the room - our requirements were met, we communicated them by booking

- all inclusive concept had no coctails, nobody wanted to mix something - no beach bar included - hotel beach not so beautiful, but very good for babies - restaurant without air condition, opened windows with flies, but nothing terrible

It was a beautiful property and very clean. Very central to everything. Food was not marked properly. Would stay again but away from the Bar

We had 2 sleepless nights as one night the blinds were not working so the light was coming through. 2nd night there was a group of students who were playing pool and laughing loudly and talking loudly till 1.15am. Unfortunately we were v near the bar and our patio was NOT double glazed

It's really comfortable with great rooms. Delicious food, welcoming staff, every evening you have interesting performance:belly dancer, fire show, kids disco. You can walk to the sea around 10 minutes or less. There different shops next to the hotel. The swimming pool is big and there's enough place for everyone there. I think this hotel worth 5 Stars

The staff in the different departments were super friendly and helpful. Especially the bar crew in the heat all day every day, BIG THANKS!The location is great, but the beach at the lagun is awesome!!! The different options, troughout our stay, in the restaurant in regards to the meals were well excepted.

There was a lack of general hygiene. To many hand sanitisers on different location were not working. Or empty and never refilled. But in a buffet restaurant with so many utinsels being used by so many people..tricky to say the least.. A lot of flies by the buffet section as well.

The entertainment staff were fantastic! Great with my 7 year old son. The night time entertainment was brilliant too. A great variety of shows, not your average terrible karaoke type shows. The location was great too and the free shuttle bus to the lagoon.

The breakfast was my least favourite meal of the day, if you like a full english then eat out. The room you eat in doesn’t have air con and is very hot. The main pool area is busy so you have to reserve your sun bed early. There is an adults only pool however but we had our son with us so never used it.

Very kind staff Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Towels changed on request (those left down) The food was amazingly good, all the dishes were tasty and a wide enough variety to satisfy all preferences Excellent price-quality ratio. The very good location, the beautiful beach and the pedestrian walkway from the hotel to the beach made the walk even more pleasant.
