Impressive suite with a very comfortable large bed and comfy settee and lounging chair. Exceptionally clean every day, excellent air conditioning with control panel. Nice smelling bath foam enjoyed with a relaxing bath whilst looking at the views. Quiet room as long as you didn't open the doors. Quiet and peaceful nights' sleeps. Had everything we needed except teaspoons. Fantastic dual aspect views of the beautiful Black Sea and residential buildings on the hillside. Ample room in shower and separate toilet cubicles. Useful and unique colour change of room number sign outside the door to let cleaners know you are occupying your room. Casablanca restaurant buffet breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice of food. Evening meal also excellent with perfectly chilled drinks. Staff decorated our table by the window with dried petals for our wedding anniversary. All staff were friendly and smiled with I appreciate.

Bath water emptied whilst still in the bath, so we reported the faulty bath plug (with worn rubber ring) to reception. Solved it ourselves with a plastic bag, so still happy. Annoying thin wooden sticks for stirrers instead of teaspoons. Shower cubicle floor was a little bit slippery.

we are a family of two adults,one child and an infant. Definitely this place is what you want to stay at if you are a family and are skeptical abt safety. close to everything and most importantly is very safe. Very friendly staff specially Reception manager Mr. Osman. Also , the lady works there is super nice. bell boys are very supportive and helpful. Honestly all of the staff are professional and it shows that they deeply care abt you and your comfort. I stayed there for abt a week. The first night i had stayed in one room that was right above main the entrance room #112. I was bothered by the smoke and smell of the cigarettes whenever someone smokes at the entrance. After talking to reception manager Mr. Osman , he was so helpful and understanding and got me another room on the 4th floor with both sides ( full mountain & partial sea view). The hotel officials did really good job when entrusted a manager such as Mr. Osman on this hotel. If am coming to Ordu again, am not gonna waste a single minute searching for hotels. It is gonna be Sinema hotel again.

Booking has the hotel location address on another place. I spent 45 minutes when i first arrived there searching for the hotel. If you want to get the right address do not click on the address on Booking. You want to type in the hotel name in google maps. it will take you directly to the hotel.

The hotel is located in city center and with sea view. The cable car station is with 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. I will come again and stay if I'm visiting Ordu again.

The breakfast buffet is not varied. The omlete is to be paid if you ask for.

Everything is perfect Breakfast Room Staff Location except the car parking as we have a big bus and they are in the middle of a shopping center. You didn't need a car, everything you reach walking distance.

Place of the hotel was perfect. City center. Room was really clean. Restaurants and shops were beside the hotel. Hotels restaurant was perfect. Dishes delicious, view from terrace perfect, prices low, So you don"t need to look for a restaurant anywhere else, Service and stuff perfect and friendly. Stuff helps with parking your car. Hotel is conveniently located on the Ordu beachfront surrounded by restaurants and a lovely shopping area. We had room 206 which was a lovely corner room with 2 sets of windows giving us views of the mountain and sea. The bathroom was comfortable with a large shower and large sink.

Front desk and restaurant staff are unfriendly and not suited for the hospitality industry. They do not greet, smile nor acknowledge the presence of their guests. Thankfully this doesn't deter from the rest of the hotel. The cleaning staff are polite and courteous The bed is extremely soft. You sink in the bed. There is no light in the main room area making the room very dull. There are numerous lights in the bathroom. I picked up food poisoning after breakfast on the last day. The only thing I ate differently to my husband was the brinjal.

Everything. The hotel is beach front. The staff were very cooperative. I would like to thank all of them. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. I recommend this hotel.

Nice breakfast included in room rate. Restaurant also serves dinner. Nice views from up there. Free water provided in room and replenished every day.

We were lucky enough to have a mosquito net in front of the room windows, not every room of our party had it.
