The staff were extremely friendly upon arrival and the guy came out to the car and helped my husband carry the bags in without even asking. The hotel decor is lovely and the location is spot on with car parking. Once parked up you can easily walk everywhere. The high floor sea view room as amazing and the room was great with everything you would need and the nespresso machine serves as a kettle in addition if you just want to make your own hot drinks.

- Excellent breakfast, pool, spa and facilities. - Location within Sile excellent. - Room was fabulous and represented exceptional value for money. - Restaurant upstairs served lovely food at reasonable prices.

- We unfortunately had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned even though we arrived at the specified check-in time. Not a huge deal, but a nice gesture would be to provide a complementary drink or even water while we waited.

Fantastic hotel! efficient helpful staff. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was large clean, well appointed with a gorgeous marble 'Hollywood' bathroom, with nice expensive designer toiletries. Great view from balcony. Breakfast was amazing a huge buffet, and the half board three course dinner was very good. The indoor pool is lovely, warm slightly salty water and beautifully lit at night. My partner had a Swedish massage in the spa which was very good

The hotel is amazing! It is very clean, it has a nice location with amazing view and close to the beach and park. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Murat Donmez is very helpful and he fulfilled all of our needs. This is the third time that we go to this hotel and we always have a great experience!

We asked if they can give us some small take away breakfast, as we did the check out early, got a rejection. Such a minor thing that would make any guest happy ;) especially we paid for it anyway.

The breakfast was excellent, the food prepared with taste, the fruit fresh, good choice and variety of food. The stuff members are young, still learning the job but very nice and pleasent. Manager is trying to compansaite this disadvantage working hard everywhere, helping stuff and trying to organize everything well. All admiration for him.

Stuff should learn foreign languages.

1. Hotel is absolutely new! This is a big plus but unfortunately it is not perfectly clean yet due to maintenance work. The design is super stylish. Everything is really good organized! 2. It is located close to the sea, you could get a nice view in some rooms. There are a big child playground and high-end restaurants nearby. No beach zone, but there is a big pool.

Breakfast could have been better but my luxury hospitality experience talks for me. For anyone working in the corporate world the breakfast would be amazing! ;)

I enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the large swimming pool, the diverse choices for breakfast, and appreciated how friendly and helpful all staff were during our stay.

I was surprised that the restaurant was closed at lunch time, however we had plenty of options in the city.

Breakfasts can be improved with more variety options. Cleaning of the swimming pool after the seagulls. Majority of the personnel don’t speak English.
