The rooms are very nice and clean. Overall the hotel has nice facilities, we tried the swimming-pool and jacuzzi and it was great. The stuff were kind and helpful, check-in was flow-less and prompt.
Being a 5 star hotel you would expect better breakfast selection. Overall the breakfast was good but not the best. Coffee was available in a thermos only, you would expect a coffee machine as a minimum with different options (latte, espresso, cappuccino etc.) In 5 star hotels usually have better fruit and pastry selection (more bread kinds or having croissant etc.)

Great, beautiful and clean hotel. All the facilities you need are there. Personal are very friendly. Airco and wifi works good. Beds are so comfortable. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is luxurious with everything it contains...I booked a family suite and the price was very reasonable, about $95...The location is close to the river and children's play parks...Wonderful hotel and worth staying in....
The staff is not fluent in English and it seemed to me that they are not friendly and they did not offer me a service to deliver bags to the room despite my carrying large bags... But in general I enjoyed staying in the hotel

I loved the pillows.
Breakfast was copious but very bland and low quality. The filter coffee was like toilet water. The cheese was of the lowest quality.

The space of the room was big the bed was huge, the restaurnt food was fine. There were three pools two indoor and one outdoor they were nice. The gym had alot of equipment
