Everything was fine! Such a cozy hotel, amazing attentive caring staff! The hotel has everything you need! Cavernous atmospheric hotel with great views, spacious rooms, comfortable beds! It won't be cold or stuffy! And here is one of the best restaurants in the town! Returned here every day as home, surrounded by care and comfort! Excursions were also booked here, everything was fine! Thank you very much!

The property was delightful! I had the junior suite which was stunning! The bathroom was absolutely huge! The staff were excellent and very accommodating plus the chefs there and waiting staff are just fantastic! I couldn’t have asked to stay anywhere better than this! I am overwhelmed at how amazing the hotel was! Couldn’t fault it! Plus make sure you eat at the hotel! I ate dinner twice there in two days and also the breakfast was top notch! Fantastic place with fantastic people!

Central location on Cappadocia, and very comfortable! Big spacious room but the bathroom stole the show... It was almost as big as the room! Shower was incredible and there was an amazing big free standing bath. Everything was clean and tidy and we were provided with ample toiletries daily. The rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast was really lovely and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious! We also had supper there as well and the food was all so good the pottery kebab in particular was amazing! It was a whole experience 😍 Room service was a huge plus for us as well. The staff was really helpful with booking our tours as well, we booked an ATV tour as well as a hot air balloon flight through them, both were really good! The staff were all very friendly & helpful with whatever we needed during our 2 night stay. Will definitely be back!

There was a slight smell in the bathroom but housekeeping sorted it out in no time when they came to clean the room, before I even got a chance to tell them to! Excellent service and always on the ball

Everything! All the staff at the hotel extremely friendly, and always smiling and trying to to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special mention to the waitress who served us breakfast, and the waiter in the evening/dinner shift. The room was very comfortable and big, and the bed very good.

The only minor thing to mention were the pillows which were very tall to our liking. But we asked for thinner pillows and these were immediately sent to our room.

This new hotel is outrageously amazing. From the moment you enter the building you will notice this fresh unique scent of aromatherapy. Our family suite was tremendous, right on the ground floor near the lobby and just upstairs was this nice restaurant with lovely views of the valley. The entire hotel staff were helpful and generous, from the waitress Elif, waiter Emre, receptionists Burcu from Konya and Göksel to the chef Gulcan.

The lights went off once in a while during the nighttime but not really an issue because they used a generator.

The staff was very helpful and even arranged for a private taxi to give us a tour around Goreme. The hotel and room itself were exactly as pictured and even cleaner and well decorated. The breakfast was a great spread of local breakfast which was fresh and tasted great.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms, views, and nice breakfast. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed and completely luxurious. The standing tub was a highlight. The staff (a family operation) was very friendly and accommodating as well, including helping us to book our airport transfers. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The staff didn't always speak English fluently so it did lead to some minor miscommunication. However, they always tried their best to provide what we needed. Also as is typical for cave hotels, the walls echo sound a bit, so sometimes the music playing from the lobby could be heard inside the rooms.

Hotel and room were very clean, room had a good heating system also including an air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice, and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant terrace has a good sightseeing to enjoy. We asked for advice about ATV ride tour in countryside and we liked it very much.

The location of the hotel is awesome with a wonderful view of the caves. Breakfast has a great scenic view. Facilities nicely provided with ample room space. Preparing the espresso coffee was fun. Very tasty breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the bread and wide variety of cheese. The staff was very polite and attended to all our requests. Thank you so much for arranging the hot air balloon after our initial booking was cancelled. Tons of thanks to Citen for all the help and guidance.

We had trouble with the air conditioning as it had hot air blowing always. I undersand its very cold outside and having the room warm was good for the first 2 to 3 hours but in the middle of the night it was very hot and we were sweating and we couldn't sleep the staff did attend to the requests but after few mins again hot air was blowing from the air conditioning. This part could have been handled better

Pictures don’t do this beautiful, well designed, impeccably clean hotel any justice. This hotel makes me want to go back to Cappadocia. The treatment from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure is one of the best we’ve come across in our travels. Special thanks to Elif (who is a doll) her personality was as friendly at 6pm as it was at 9am. Chef Ahmed is top notch. The four of us ordered different plates which were all very tasty. The hotel is more beautiful in person than in photos. the attention to detail in design won me over.

that my stay was way too short and left me yearning for more days at this delightful, warm, and inviting hotel.
