Nice location with the sea nearby, pretty view from the terrace and terrace itself. The apartment is well equiped, with all kitchen stuff you need. Smooth communication with the owner. All in all we feel comfortable there!

Some small things seem pretty old and shabby, like hole in the curtains or scratches on cabinets. Also, there is no door between living room and bedroom on the second floor, so it could be challenging if you are looking for some privacy. And wi-fi connection is awful

Alp Suits Lavante is one of the few accomodation options of Alp Suites in Akyaka. This one (Lavante) is near to seaside and also to Akyaka city center. The building is quite authentic and provides you the feeling staying as a local in Akyaka. The Building has nice Balkony/Terrasse depending on which floor you stay and you can enjoy your stay in and out of the building. The Kitchen has a dishwasher which makes your stay much more confortable if you prefer to make your Breakfast/Lunch at your accommodation.

Akyaka was one of the highlights of our trip. Our Turkish friends recommended Akyaka for an all-day boat trip that includes swimming. The boat trip was great, one of the nicest things we have done in Turkey this time. Akyaka itself, although we initially stayed just for the boat trip, is also THE place we would go back to on a future trip. A really nice little village that feels like real holiday without all the masses of tourists. On top of that, the apartment was fantastic. Lots of space, two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen with fridge. Parking the car is no problem, either on their drive way or in the street. Very safe. Very friendly host. I will certainly book the same place next time and stay longer for sure.

Well-equipped apartment, interesting layout with a room under the roof. Good location to explore Akyaka village. No problem to park a car nearby.

It seemed to us that it was quite cool there if you use air conditioners for heating. But the air conditioners are in all rooms and they work well. Moreover in Turkey in general many houses have poor thermal insulation. We were there in November.

The location was great

I wish there was some kind of cleaning g products in the property, a hoover, brush, cloths. Unfortunately our cleaner came very early in the stay and then didn’t come again so the house got very dirty. Also the only clothes airer is over the balcony so when it’s raining it’s impossible to get any clothes dry as there was no where to hang the clothes inside

Bathroom is way too small. And not enough for 4-5 people. The balcony door screen was ripped all the way so we couldnt leave the door open to get fresh air much.

We all woke up with bed bug bites, and the washing machine is shared with multiple apartments, which, frankly I think is quite inefficient. And the distance to the beach from the apartment was quite long.
