Everything ! This is must visit place.Very nice island for resting from Istanbul traffic.Everything is nice from island,history places,hotel,stuff…Big plus is that there is no alcohol here and there is mosque so if you are muslim you will enjoy this place.Its worth visiting . Also big thanks to the main manager who waited for us at check in and Ali who was in contact with me from the start . Also i think for guest of the hotel should be organized some private transfer so you do not need to wait 17:00 pm for return,while good thing is that they let you in the room until that time.The spa was renovating so i did not try that .

All was good except few things that needs to be resolved.Ac in our room did not worked so it was very hard to sleep.Also the doors from the terrace where broken so i was not able to lock them so if you have kids check the terrace.Also the beach for such hotel should be operating.

The hotel looks excellent, the island is in an awesome position, every scene is Instagramable and the staff cares for guests more than anyone expects! Sezen & Merve, our personal assistants were great. Thank you very much for our stay!

We had a problem with not being able to get to the hotel on the island one evening because of the bad weather and had to wait for a better time window but finally, we got to our room. So if you plan to visit Istanbul often it is not the best position to sit in. Also, take into consideration that the hotel does not offer daily boat transfers, in our period (October) they had boats just for Tuesday and Thursday so on the other days you have to pay 50 euros/transfer (the boat experience is nice , but you need to factor this into your budget).

Very calm place with amazing views, Food was parfect The staff is very friendly and coopirative, Our assistant was Ms.Sezen who was always with us, shes helpful and kind, Usually in Turkey, the picture are not the same on reality but this place pictures displayed by their website is the same and exceeds you inmagination

The staff hospitality before the arrival in which they have arranged sea taxi since we couldn't make through public transportation. Their warm welcome during and after leaving. The food both dinner and breakfast was delicious. The tour to the museum was special.

No night life at the time of visit, but serenity is worth more.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and you can tell it’s only a year or so old. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Room are magnificent. A short boat ride from the main land ( around 45 minutes). The hotel was virtually empty on our stay. more staff than guests. The hotel is an amazing place if you just want a few nights getting away from it all, as there is really nothing to do other than a little stroll around the island, and maybe sit and read a book with outstanding views. The spa are was nice, but only one (male ) attendant, he is also the masseuse! There is only one restaurant that was open and really any more than a few days and you would have had the entire menu. I really hope the hotel sorts it’s political problems out as I would love to return to this amazing hotel. Thank you to all the staff.

There’s nothing really not to like, other than wishing more facilities where open like the other restaurants, and maybe more spa staff.

everything is new and clean and the service was great food is good too the staff went to great lengths to help us!! quite literally too, when we forgot the charger at the property, they had an employee return it to us at the Bostanci station they also arranged a sea taxi for us late at night and responded promptly via whatsapp overall experience is a 10/10 if you're not a nightlife type of person nice shower, nice view and comfy gym they take euros, the lira to euro exchange rate is not optimal so don't bother buying liras if you pay cash sea transfers to Bostanci at 9, 17 and something else, the latest ferry to the hotel is at 21, takes 45 minutes to go. the district neighbouring the station is very nice, you might want to visit, some good restaurants and a bunch of clothing stores 100% recommended

a few things that could use improvement 1. eco friendliness is basically non existent. the hotel washes even the towels on the hooks and changes bathrobes every day. we didn't communicate our wishes because the stay was short, but you might want to do so, the reception is helpful 2. nowhere to swim outside. swimming in the sea is prohibited and frankly dangerous with those jellyfish. fun to watch though! no outside pool either. 3. there's like nothing to do on the island, except for a few museums that take no more than half a day to visit even if you read all the guides. we were expecting exactly that so we def enjoyed the idle roaming around and lazy getaway from the city. we didn't visit the spa so no opinion on that but the inside pool is fine 4. no indoors entertainment either

Luxury hotel on an island. Quiet. Very good facilities. All staff are friendly. Quick response to any requirements. Excellent communication by whatsapp. Nice sea trip to and from the hotel. We enjoyed staying in the hotel and will come back.

Some items in the room need a periodic maintenance such as shower traps /drain. The color of the carpet is light so some dirty spots are clear on it. Not too much variety in breakfast and lunch and dinner menu.
