Wonderfully welcoming, efficient and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and a very tranquil setting.

It is a rough road from town, though, because the place is so beautiful and peaceful it is well worth the trouble. The rooms are getting a little dated and will soon need renovation, though this did not detract from the comfort.

The facility is well maintained, true to its brand of feeling homely and cozy, love the nature and quiet environment, great for families and big groups, the landscape design and interior design . Much appreciation to Julius, Josephine, Adrine and Davis for taking care of us during our stay

The hot water was inconsistent, Wi-Fi and cable service signal strength can be improved, the road to the hotel is uncomfortable, the hotel is a bit far from the city

The property was very cleaned and tidy , beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The food was amazing, they even cooked a termite mushroom we got doing our safari... absolutely delicious!

I think it's a Uganda thing... water in the shower has very little pressure.

Staff was nice, exept hotel manager. Food was good and room was clean and yard was beautiful.
