I loved the friendly staff in the lobby. They were so sweet and helpful and just easy to talk to when we needed help. Even the cleaning lady though she didn't really speak just gave off a very kind and friendly vibe when we passed her in the hall.

I felt was room was a bit small for the price we were paying but I understand the price was probably to do with the location. I was also surprised it was an open-door hotel since I am used to being buzzed in or having to scan our room card to enter the hotel. I was worried for safety reasons because of that but we had no issues. The coffee was good too.

Me and my fiancé stayed here one night for a concert in town. We didn’t know what to expected but were so impressed with our stay! The staff were so accommodating and nice. They went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. Our room was extremely clean and bright. We felt so safe here. The location was also great as it was walkable to a lot of things and a short drive to others. We appreciated the free parking and breakfast. We had read reviews about the parking garage. It’s is smaller but we didn’t have any problems. They do also have some outdoor parking spots behind the hotel that we also used. The hotel is older so things are smaller such as the hotel room and garage, but our room at the Sunset Tower Hotel a few years ago was even smaller! And same issue with parking. Things were smaller when these hotels were built so goes along with the time period. We really appreciated the reasonable rate and no extra resort fees or parking charges. I highly recommend this hotel for short stays.

I wish they had more options for breakfast, but for the price we paid it was acceptable. Not really a complaint. We were happy to have it available.

Right from the moment we arrived Bridgette in reception was delightful so polite helpful went above and beyond to accommodate us... The location was fantastic the Grove shopping precinct is a hidden gem and walkable distance very much enjoyed our time there

Location and Simple but plentiful complimentary breakfast. The courtyard was a great place to eat and rest/hangout between bouts in town.

The paid concession stand with absurdly expensive snacks and candies. $5+ for a single chocolate bar.

lights in room are to shiny, no cozy light temperature possible, parking with big cars hard in the garage, breakfast coffee is really low

Room 220 was not the best room for sure. But that was the only choice they told me they were fully booked so we made it work for us. Right across from the elevator. Carpet could use replacing and maybe repainting would help the room not look so worn. We have stayed before so its hit and miss.

Comfortable little basic hotel, very friendly staff. If you are looking for a simple place to stay in LA, this is it. The price is OK compared to the overall high prices in LA. Neighborhood is pretty clean and seems safe, very nice restaurants are just a few minutes on foot away. I can recommend this hotel an we'll be back!

The location is easy to recognize, clean and close to tye center of the business. It will only take between 8-10 minutes driving to be in center of West Hollywood and Walk of fame. Parking garage though it is kinda small but very accessible and safe.

I liked the location, staff super friendly

Breakfast was super limited, only waffles and coffee were available. Cleaning service had to be booked early in the morning or they don't do your room at all
