Loved the pool! Room was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the spaciousness of the resort & casino and decor. A few restaurants to pick from so we didn’t need to go out.

No fridge nor coffee maker in room. Shower spigot too high and didn’t move to get it more in the tub than on the floor. Took a bath. Scratchy enamel in bathtub. Noisy air conditioning goes off and on and I am sensitive to noise, so turned it off.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful when I forgot to put that I needed a refrigerator for my medication.The gentleman that was stationed by the elevator saw me struggling with my roller cooler and came and assisted me. I didn't see not 1 staff member without a smile. Keep it up!! Its nice to see!

The area outside in the back near the steps to go to hotel rooms need a handicap ramp. The ramp is all the way down the end which makes walking very difficult. I was fortunate to have people assist me up and down the stairs. The bed I had was hard as a rock.

Love the decor of the hotel and the room was large and spacious. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and ample storage space. Best part was the floor to ceiling curtains that helped us sleep off jet lag. Door felt secure and loved the split of the sink and the rest of the bathroom giving. Everything was excellent.

None! Though, if you want to eat at Brass Fork, were the food is delicious and filling and the staff are friendly, you'll always be asked to wait 20 minutes before you are seated it seems. Regardless of when you go.

Got a check in email . . Clicked but nothing happened, tried again scanning the QR code , no luck . . But at the front desk Ron asked a few questions and everything got done, I was on my way to a early check in . . I was overjoyed . . Skipped dinner and took a shower and slept . . Yes, I noticed my name on big screen TV - nice touch, the local time as well, my watch was ahead one hour . . Set the temp and slept . . 🥱

The haboob alert set off my cell . . I was soooo pissed, but oh well, went back sleep . .

I live within 15 min of Sunset Station, so it was a 'staycation' for me, because my water main broke, and my A/C quit one day apart, while it was 120 degrees outside. The room was comfortable, and the a/c worked well. The front desk was efficient. professional & helpful. I spent some time in the pool, and enjoyed cooling down; didn't realize it was salt water! Wonderful to NOT have the smell of chlorine in your bathing suit and on your body! Plenty of restaurants & some fast food choices available on the property, and the remodeled Sports Book is beautiful

The LONG walk from the garage to the hotel front desk, followed by another long walk to the hotel elevators, and then another long walk to the far end of the floor to my room. I loved the pool, but the sound of screaming kids gets on your nerves after awhile. It's an adult (casino) property, not a waterpark, and adults' enjoyment should be prioritized over those of children. There's a waterpark less than 10 minutes away. I left the pool early, because I couldn't bear the screaming anymore, and just wanted to relax

Check in experience was my favorite part! Lupe at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me beyond my expectations. She was so funny too! We went for my son's baseball tournament and we wanted to all have rooms together and she made it happen! I hope everyone gets to meet Lupe she was the highlight of our trip!

The only thing we did not like was we couldn't bring our own food to the pool. We had a lot of little kids with our party and the food was expensive and it took FOREVER to get.

The hotel room was clean. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. There was plenty of parking. No resort fees. There were lots of places to eat with the hotel.

Although there is a lot of uncovered parking, if you wanted to use the parking garage you had to walk a bit through the entire casino to get to the hotel rooms tower. Prices for food in the hotel were a bit pricey. Gone are the days of cheap food in a casino

It was beautiful, clean and had a real feeling of being one of the nicer more expensive casinos.

The food. Not real impressed, at all with the resteraunts! The more expensive Italian place lacked any flavor. They being said, the noticed that my husband's plate was pretty much untouched. They approached us and asked him if he did not like it and could they get something else for him. After he told them no, without us requesting it or anything, they removed his meal from our bill. Our waiter was also very very attentive which all seemed to make up for the not real tasty meal.

Cleanliness, choice of restaurants, the upgrade to a suite room

Upon check in we requested a refrigerator be added to our room which was also requested at time of booking. After breakfast the next day we still did not have a refrigerator in our room but was offered an upgrade to a suite for an additional charge. Pillows were to plump for my husband’s liking.

The location was good. Lots of places to eat and shop. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing. I felt safe. The restaurants in the hotel were good.

No fridge in room or coffee/tea making facilities. Our room was overlooking the service yard. First night was woke up by people coming down corridor early morning and then by a noise that sounded like a drilling noise. Second night was woke up early morning by bleeping vehicles. Could do with some soundproofing.
