Great hotel in the middle of the city. Very convenience. The facility is clean, staff speaks English. The restaurant on premises is one of the best in the city. It's a great place to stay. This was my 20th stay at this location.

Accessibility is limited. The hotel has a ramp, but it does not meet ADA standards. Once in the hotel, it is relatively accessible. Nothing else comes to mind.

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel with super friendly staff, great central location and very comfy beds and bathrooms. The staff was very helpful with every little thing.

The restaurant closes at 10 pm sharp, so you can't even finish a drink and there is not a bar or a space to sit and chat after 10 pm.

Beautiful space in a center of the city. Nice, clean room, very modern. Air conditioner works properly and a whole building well maintained. Positive experience of staying there.

Their laundry service is very very overpriced. I live in US and to request a private company to clean your clothes there is way cheaper than I paid in this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean and nice attention to small details, and felt more luxurious than the price suggests and when compared with other local hotels. The food in the restaurant is good quality, and the breakfast (included in the price) is very generous with a good selection of options from their menu.

While breakfast was delicious, it would have been nice to have the option not to include breakfast in the room price and just have it as an optional add-on.

Great hotel in a quiet place in Lutsk. Comfortable rooms (though standards room are quite small). Good breakfast. Had small issues at dinner but administrator Dasha was great and sorted everything out in a quick and professional manner. Definetely coming back.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. The restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean, attractive, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was comfortable for a tall man.

It is a brilliant, classy hotel with a lovely vibe. My third stay in several years and each time I am delighted. The rooms are beautiful, with amazing showers and super-comfy beds. The range of extra touches in the room, from the quality of dressing gowns to the shower products, is amazing. All the staff are extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional - maybe the best hotel breakfast in the world! As is the coffee from the bar. The hotel is superbly located right in the heart of the city - a short walk from one of the main pedestrianised streets, from the central avenue, and from the city park. I would only ever stay here when staying in Lutsk.

There are only really some slight negatives. First, the mini bar is a bit of a rip-off (but they usually are). Second, the laundry charges seemed very high to me. Third, like many restaurants, they have replaced paper menus with QR codes for dinner. I like the option of paper!

Need to have Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi as a possible drink, not extra cost.

The room size was a bit small but don’t think you can do anything about it.

Clean, modern, spacious, with a great breakfast. This is a great hotel and I would happily recommend it. It also has a good restaurant.

The restaurant has a silly rule. You can smoke a hookah pipe at the table but have to go out if you want a cigarette. Huh?

I liked very nice, modern room and very nice and convenient bathroom. The breakfast is very great with pleasant and attentive staff. The hotel has spacious parking.

Everything is fine - nothing to mention as a weak point.
