The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The rooms were clean and the rooms didn't smell like cigarettes. The breakfast was ok I liked the fact that there was healthy choices to choose from.

On this visit it didn't appear that the pool was ready. I didn't like the fact that the managers wife was always opening her door to see who was walking by and the coffee wasn't good idk what brand of coffee was used but it was too strong and just didn't taste good other than that everything else about the property was good.

Great location. You can tell it has recently been renovated and they did a great job.

Water pressure and hot water could have been better for the shower.

The room was very clean. Housekeeping was always available. Breakfast was great. Anything you could want. The ladies stayed very busy keeping everything full and the tables clean Great location. The entire staff always had a smile and a friendly attitude.

I can not say anything negative!

Location was good, night staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Stains in carpets. Looks like renovations are happening, but not done extremely well. Paint was on shower. Breakfast was just okay, I had to ask for multiple items each morning that they were “out of” even though we had a whole hour before breakfast ended. It was just clean enough.

The staff friendly breakfast is good for value, and the beds are very comfy.

The bathroom is old

Unfortunately this time I wasn't happy about my stay at best western in Andalusia. The manager's wife is extremely rude and nosey she opens her door every time someone walks by their room/apartment and gives them a mean and nasty look. She doesn't say anything to you she just looks at you with a mean look. I was very upset 😡 with the manager the room I was assigned to had a hole in the wall I told him about it he replied that he knew the hole was there and then he told me that the hole is not going to hurt me when I asked for another room downstairs next to the pool he told me that there were no more rooms available downstairs next to the pool and that he would put me upstairs I don't like being upstairs because of my knees I asked the manager if he would give me a discount since the room I was assigned to had a hole in the wall he told me I put you in another room I don't give discounts and he proceeded to tell me that you could have stayed in the room that I was given because that hole in the wall wasn't going to hurt me and my family his attitude and customer service was horrible. I told him I didn't pay money to stay in a room that has a hole in the wall. Anyway my family and I moved to another room unfortunately it was a upstairs room but we managed.

I didn't like the pool it didn't look clean, I didn't like the breakfast there was no variety it was the same stuff everyday half cooked sausages eggs that looked like they were poached bad coffee the coffee looked like dark syrup it was very thick and nasty they only had whole milk for cereal some ppl can't drink whole milk they need to add 2 percent milk give ppl choices the only thing that was good was the fact that they did have yogurt and fruit even though it was just bananas they need to add a variety of fruits. This is absolutely the first hotel I have ever stayed in where there was hardly any guests using the pool. This visit was just horrible.
