Cleanliness! Comfortable room and bed! Location was in a pretty area with convenient shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Breakfast area was clean and had a good offering of choices. COFFEE SERVICE WAS GREAT! I no longer use in the in-room coffee option but we do like the mini-fridge and microwave!

Pet fee was higher than I normally pay at other hotels, however, I was very pleased with the cleanliness overall of the hotel and if paying a higher pet fee helps to keep questionably clean pet families in hotels with lower fees then I am pleased to pay the higher fee.

The staff were great! Friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and had a nice layout. We were treated with a cold beverage (water or a cola) and a snack when we checked in. The breakfast was very good compared to other places (They had eggs).

We were on the first floor. When someone came out of the stairwell from an upper floor, the door slammed shut. This also happened when someone used one of the side doors to go outside. It didn't matter during the day, but it mattered after we went to sleep at night.

The room was great. Lovely swimming pool area. Nice breakfast. Staff very informative with info on places to see and where was good to eat. We had a great time Thank you

It was not within walking distance of any attractions except Walmart but that did not cause any issues.

I enjoyed the serve yourself style breakfast. Some Hampton Inn locations have moved to ordering from a fixed menu, but on business days - I'm in a rush. I could grab and go at my pace.

There was very soft water. I'm sure the hotel has no control over that, though. There were also some hairs in the shower from the previous tenant.

Breakfast was awesome. The lady presenting it was exceptional. She was present, visible and working hard. The food was great.

The pool was nasty. I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to swim in there. The next pandemic could be starting in there. I was afraid to even sit by it and breathe the air.

Everything was SUPERB!!! From the staff, to the room, to the location. This is the first time in a long time that I have been pleased all the way around when it came to my hotel accommodations.... KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!

It was not great. The coffee was cold, but they did put more out that was hot. The eggs were burnt. There was nothing I ate but toast.

The breakfast selection. I just think we should have more options is all.

Everything! Ryan at the front desk is amazing. If I were still Managing Hotels, I would have tried to steal him.

I wish they had special rates for Andrew College, but not a deal breaker.

Usual breakfast offered at most hotels these days. However, the dining area and serving areas were very clean. The coffee was very good, no matter what time of morning you got it.
