Right on the lake.

Very limited parking for large vehicles or with a trailer. Room wasn't very clean. Found part of a joint on the floor, "personal lubricant" at the head of the bed by night stand and some cocoa butter petroleum jelly under the a/c unit.

The room was clean and tidy, but even though it was a smokers room, the bed sheets, bed spread and the towels shouldn't smell like that if they are properly clean and washed.

The breakfast area, even though the seating area is large the food options is very poor. There was an empty bottle if coffee cream hazelnut flavor for the picture because in reality is empty and the attendant knows is empty and he tell you there's no more. No eggs, no ham, the amount of cereal (plain kellogs) in the recipient was nor bigger than ½ a bowl left. Even when the swimming pool is not being used during winter time should remain with clear clean water, one that reflects the color of the pool floor and walls, usually blue, and NOT olive green like in this one And very important...we are in USA, have someone that speaks English...PLEASE!! I know there are different accents but when you speak English is easier to get the message across.

Clean large room excellent value and had mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and hair drier. Breakfast was nice with eggs, gravy and biscuits, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereals and fruits available. Large gym workout area provided and clean outdoor central court area was provided. It was comparable to places that charge almost 2x the rate.

The hotel was against homes with broken fences looking run down, providing a brick wall would make the area feel cleaner, more well taken care of and more secure. The back parking lot could use fresh asphalt and weed removal. The care taken on interior quality should also be considered for exterior area.

Location and the availability of some rooms designated for smoking

Complimentary breakfast. They have signs saying that you can't take anything not even condiments out of their dining area to your room. I wanted to take a bagel and Jelly to my room and I wasn't allowed to do that. That was really strange considering the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Considering the events that we went to we brought food back to our hotel room. Considering when I purchase things from fast food restaurants I was able to bring it back to my room.

The location was absolutely gorgeous, my travel companion and I took pictures of the lake in the morning. When we arrived there was a restaurant close by that we had supper at. I found out the next morning the location of the hotel was close to where my coworker and I were taking our test. Everything was great! The only thing I didn't like which wasn't the hotel's fault was the rudeness of a guest ignoring a sign.

Great location, Jay and wife are great at front desk and managers. Location is very convenient to town. Adequate free breakfast, great value based pricing for $. Bluff lakeside view

Bring quarters for laundry, sometimes noisy guests, some vending machines need repair and gym always seems closed.

Very clean and quiet. Lovely spot across from the property to sit and look at the lake along with picnic tables close by in a small park. Very sweet lady behind the desk let us know about all the best restaurants and shopping close by and within walking distant. Nice hot breakfast. Pool looked very clean and well kept.

Helpful receptionist/manager. Changed my non smoking room when I said it smelt strongly of weed. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked in line with numbers coming through

Plastic and cardboard cups ...meh. No way to make proper tea.

It was comfortable stay and the breakfast 🥞 was very good and the stuff was very well polite with the customer Thank you all for your hospitality 😊😊😊

Got there a little early, they let us go ahead and check in. Like 20 min. early. Staff was friendly. They were making our stay as comfortable as they could. The pool was great. It was a quaint quiet neighborly atmosphere.

Doing some renovations so it wasnt the most modern of rooms, but the staff was great. I think the breakfast could have used some biscuits and gravy, but I'm from Tn.
