beautifully decorated and amazing view. The balcony had incredible views and very comfortable furniture. There is every appliance imaginable!

There was no coffee or filters or directions on how to use the coffee pot. There weren’t any pot holders or enough dish towels.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony with plenty of space. Condo has a great kitchen equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be back!

The air conditioning in the second bedroom did not work very well. The pull chain on the ceiling fan light was broke so the only way to keep the fan going at night was to unscrew the bulbs. Also sofa bed appeared to be broken.

The decorations were very nice.

It was very nice condo. Very clean, and organized. it has a beautiful setting to the ocean. the big patio doors open right up to the ocean.

I wished that it would have been closer to more restaurants and businesses.

the living room furniture was uncomfortable. we paid extra to use the resort pool one day only because we were told the outdoor and indoor were heated. the outdoor was not! I wish all the pools would have been heated.

How simple and convenient it was to access the property. The place looked like something out of a magazine. Sooo beautiful, relaxing and had spectacular views

There was no breakfast that came with the unit.

we got a call the day of our trip (while we were traveling) and told the refrigerator went out in the unit and asked if we wanted to change units. We called and expressed that we would change units. We had to call twice because no one got back to us. When we arrived we had no other choice but to stay because it was too late to try and go elsewhere. This trip was an anniversary trip and a relaxation trip as I had gone thru multiple mammograms and ultrasounds. We had planned to cook and stay in the unit and just relax and enjoy the beach and view. We ended up having to drive far out to eat twice a day. We ended up spending money to eat out and not be able to use the food to cook (wasted). This was by far not how we planned to spend this trip.

the couches are dirty junk. feels like your sitting in the floor. the pull out bed was a joke and no way it could be slept on. one bathroom had tons of mosquitoes in it. couldn’t figure out why just the one but we killed them the entire stay. there were mattress toppers in the closet and we had to use for the queen room or the bed was horrible. thankful for that. the cooking pans were crap so bring your own. we love Gulf Shores but won’t stay in this unit again.
