I loved my room with the gym inside. DeeDee was wonderful at the front desk. Thank you for being so courteous and nice.

There was no ice on my floor, and the faucet was loose in my bathroom, which I reported to DeeDee.

The accessibility to a wedding we were attending.

Didn't care for housekeeping standing outside smoking in front of the hotel, not a good look when driving up. I arrived 1 hour before checking in, which I noted on my reservation. Which I didn't have a problem waiting. I felt if housekeeping didn't spend so much time outside smoking and chatting with friends that pull up, that the room might had been ready. Just my observation while waiting.

The rooms were very clean and felt real homey!! 😀 Loved the big shower and tub 🛀. The rooms were really really nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator 🛗. When you get on it and ride, you just don't know when it's going to break down..

The breakfast was awesome everyday. The staff was friendly. And the facilities were clean.

The tub didn’t drain well. And that was the main complaint. I know it may have been resolved but with the dogs, didn’t want to be a bother. The rate for the room was pricey.

it was away from the city but really close to lots of restaurants. The breakfast is pretty good.

I couldn’t get an extra towel for my hair. There were 3 of us in the room, we had 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 wash cloths. I have long hair and the hand towel just doesn’t work after a shower. I asked at the front desk and he said no, I could swap out for clean towels the next day unless I found a maid who had an extra one. There was a maid right by my room door so I asked her and she was rude and snapped No! There are no extra towels. The room was warm, wouldn’t cool down completely. There was a mini fridge in the room that put out a lot of heat and I’m assuming that’s why it was rather warm in there.

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. The entire staff were amazing and very friendly! The manager, Kimberly made sure we felt welcomed and was available if we needed anything.

The room was quiet, nobody nothered me and I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the free breakfast.

The toilet would run too long and the TV would go dark after awhile.

Excellent breakfast, food was hot and great choices.

Pool was closed for renovation. Hot tub was available but I wondered about its cleanliness, water looked soapy but it was good and hot.

They only clean up and make beds if you stay there 3 or more days
