Free laundry. The triangle splash guard at the bathtub. There were phone number and email to contact the owner when necessary.

I would recommend a posted sign at the laundry to allow 5-10 minutes for the previous customer to empty the washer. I was a couple of minutes late. When I arrived, the next guy was just leaving the laundry room, and he had taken out my laundry and placed it on the top of the dryer, which might not be clean. I didn't argue with him, because I was late, even for a couple of minutes. But I wished he would have waited for, say, 5 minutes.

The room was nicely furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom and comfortable bed. It was very clean.

The only issue was that the air conditioning unit vents to the outside of double paned windows, but someone had left the outside window closed, forcing the hot air back into the room. It was 87 degrees in the room despite the AC running full blast. After I opened the outside window and vented it properly the problem was corrected, but it took several hours to reach a comfortable temperature. One of the other guests has the exact same problem. By the time we went to bed, it was cool enough to sleep and got better as the night wore on.

Upon first seeing the Alaska Frontier Inn from the highway, it looked a bit rundown and like a 1950-style motel. However, in this case, don't judge a book by its cover. The room was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The wifi worked well and I was wishing I could actually stay more than one night.

The check-in was contactless. I had received a text on the day I arrived at the hotel but since I have a lot of connection problems with my phone in "remote areas", I had turned off the phone. I phoned the number listed and got all the information I needed. I think the description of the property needs to address their "no contact check-in and check-out procedures" so you don't arrive to a building that says OPEN but there is no actually there to check you in.

It was the best place we stayed at throughout our journey. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with clear directions how to access the room. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean well maintained provided and perfect spot after long days of riding, the amenities were top-notch and attention to detail made all differences in our stay. Highlight was the cozy ambience of room, which made us feel right at home. In summary our stay at the frontier tood out on our Alaska adventure.

Wish we had mad plans to stay longer in this area.

Very clean, well set up and comfortable. Breakfast options were very nice too, good variety. Hot shower with good water pressure.

First impression was pretty sparse but it was actually great! Wasn’t clear that it was pretty far from services in Delta. Confusing emails: confirmed booking, agreed to my pet, welcome confirmation of details twice with two different entry codes, instructions to use room code for breakfast, then another code on the office door. And the texts…oh, and the after the fact pet fee.

Located about halfway between Fairbanks and Tok, Alaska Frontier Inn is a true lodging gem. Our room with two queen beds and spacious kitchenette looked new, with modern furnishings and was generously stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware. Our room even had a fullsize refrigerator, although that might not be standard for all rooms. The contactless check-in gave us our room assignment and door code before we arrived, so we were able to settle in quickly without waiting at a busy front desk, which the Inn doesn't have or need. At the time of our stay, the Inn provided free laundry facilities and self-service continental breakfast items. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own hot breakfast items, just like we were at home. While the outside of the Inn was clean and neat, it didn't hint that we were checking in to a four star lodging. Outstanding lodging for a 70 year old couple celebrating their 50th anniversary with a road trip to Alaska.

It is great place to stay at on the way to Fairbanks/ North pole. Clean, renovated, quiet, car infront doors. I liked the stay.

There was problem with toilet… and the PIN for breakfast did not work. In 10 min i got sms with general pin, there that day some problem, but i left already. It is worth staying! :)

Check in instructions could have been clearer. Nobody on site so took a bit of time to find out what to do. Once we found it, it was very straightforward.

I was very impressed with this property, my room and customer service. I live in Alaska, passing through Delta Junction on occasional road trips. Having found Alaska Frontier Inn this most recent trip, booking last minute, and enjoying such ease and comfort, I will absolutely always check with them first for availability for any overnight stay in the future. I have already recommended this Inn to friends in Alaska. Alaska Frontier Inn is a gem!
