The front desk staff and evening security were friendly and helpful. The room was large and furnished with comfortable seating. I slept better on this medium firm bed than I do at home. Every aspect was spotlessly clean. The walls were soundproofed. The kitchen has a full-size fridge with freezer and a good-sized kitchenette stove. The bathroom is spacious with a tub and shower and there are quality toiletry items. The price was excellent for summer tourist season. It is close to Kenai and Kalifornsky beaches as well as restaurants and shopping. On-site parking is free and plentiful. We had 3 rooms and both couples and one family were very pleased with the accommodations. We used this as our base for going down to Ninilchik - Deep Creek State Park to view the plentiful eagle population soaring over the cliffs and landing on the beach.

There were no negatives to this stay.

Very large room with couch and mini kitchen and large refrigerator. The kitchen was spotless. The people at reception were very attentive and pleasant.

It is located in a large parking lot with gas station and stores, so not as scenic as some locations, but very accessible to the town.

Best hotel we had in Alaska! 5 stars!!! Receptionist Jessie is very professional and super friendly. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, soft sheets and the mattress was great. Kitchenette was a bonus.

No bug screens on the windows, in Alaska!!! Blackout curtains not good enough at all.

I like the size of the room for the price it was very nice.

I know there is little that the owners can do but when I first pulled up there were police apparently in a room doing something and when I went to my car this morning, someone very clearly who was living in their car was parked next to mine.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were there for only one night but would extend that on our next visit.

Great location. Probably the best place to stay I. Kenai. Then rooms are excellent as are the staff. Our number one place to stay.

Very friendly staff, good coffee. Walking distance to McDonalds and store.

Heater in room was a bit difficult, but worked.

The housekeeping staff is excellent. One of the cleanest, well kept properties I have stayed.
