Great location, able to walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Parking is limited but there is street parking and a bank parking lot across the street. The elevator gets locked overnight - we had to drag all our bags down 3 flights of stairs because we checked out before the front desk and elevator opened in the morning.

Located in easy walking distance to where the cruise ships come in. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice laundry facility - the front desk can make change needed for the machines

The early morning front desk worker was rude, but the person who was there later in the day was great.

+Clean, new, quiet, and convenient. Comfy bed. Clean tasting water with good pressure. Guest laundry facilities available (a reason we chose this hotel). Lots of food and drink available nearby. Close to small boat and float plane marina. Note: Taxi/Uber required to larger cruise ship harbor (not a factor in our selection).

Quiet and comfortable room overlooking the street. We felt safe in the area. It is close to a handful of places to eat. Very helpful staff. The kitchenette was convenient for us

No porters if you have difficulty managing your own luggage.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Very close to downtown. They have now added a shuttle which is nice.

Coffee not available until 7:00 AM.. If you are fishing this is too late since most charters depart at 6:00

The location was great. Down a block was a wonderful cafe with delicious coffee and pastries and several good restaurants! The staff were friendly and helpful.

They need blackout curtains and ones that block more of the light.

The room looked newly decorated and spacious. It was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a coffee shop across the street. This is a very nice hotel for Alaska and we would stay there again.

It would have been nice if there was a little food available, even a pantry where snacks (more than a vending machine). We were told the lack of food was because this is an extended stay hotel, but in the lower 48 hotels like this do offer something.

Location is superb, spacious room appreciated

Not overly well equipped…no kettle! No dessert nor soup spoons! Couch was worn and lumpy.

I loved the location because of the easy access to shops and eating establishments! Sitka is a beautiful place! I would definitely stay at Aspen again!
