Location was lovely, easy walk to all attractions. Sitka is charming and deserves a day for exploration so we stayed two nights. We stayed before embarking on a cruise and they were very accommodating about storing luggage and connecting with cruise line for luggage transfer.

Alaska hotels are expensive and generally short on amenities. As Alaska hotels go, this one is on the higher end but has Minimal lobby and public space. The stay does not include breakfast tho many options are nearby.

Overall a nice hotel in a nice location. The staff and amenities were good and the room was comfortable.

I didn't have a chance to have breakfast because the airport ride leaves two hours before the flight departs so I had to leave at around 4AM! This is the only really annoying thing about your hotel. There is no reason I need to be at the airport two hours before my flight at a small airport like Sitka.

Great location, able to walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Parking is limited but there is street parking and a bank parking lot across the street. The elevator gets locked overnight - we had to drag all our bags down 3 flights of stairs because we checked out before the front desk and elevator opened in the morning.

Located in easy walking distance to where the cruise ships come in. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice laundry facility - the front desk can make change needed for the machines

The early morning front desk worker was rude, but the person who was there later in the day was great.

+Clean, new, quiet, and convenient. Comfy bed. Clean tasting water with good pressure. Guest laundry facilities available (a reason we chose this hotel). Lots of food and drink available nearby. Close to small boat and float plane marina. Note: Taxi/Uber required to larger cruise ship harbor (not a factor in our selection).

Quiet and comfortable room overlooking the street. We felt safe in the area. It is close to a handful of places to eat. Very helpful staff. The kitchenette was convenient for us

No porters if you have difficulty managing your own luggage.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Very close to downtown. They have now added a shuttle which is nice.

Coffee not available until 7:00 AM.. If you are fishing this is too late since most charters depart at 6:00

The location was great. Down a block was a wonderful cafe with delicious coffee and pastries and several good restaurants! The staff were friendly and helpful.

They need blackout curtains and ones that block more of the light.

Well appointed and clean property in the heart of Sitka. Easy to get to all of the sites of interest in Sitka. Shuttle from Airport was a welcome bonus

I also requested rooms on the highest floor with a harbor view. Not only was my request met, we were given the largest room in the hotel!
