The location was easy to find, as it was at the intersection of two major highways in the area. It was also right on the highway we were going to take through Monument Valley. The room was comfortable and spacious.

It would have been nice to have had our two rooms in the same building, since we had asked to be close together. Our cell phones didn't have service there, and inter-room calling wasn't working for us either, so we had difficulty contacting each other to coordinate our travel plans for the day. Offering a continental breakfast would be a nice bonus. It would also be nice if they had more rooms with small refrigerators and microwaves, since many road-trippers would appreciate that. The disability-coded room that my relatives stayed in did have a small fridge, which was a nice surprise.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. The bath was nice and deep. The dresser lamps gave the room a cozy lighting. The beds were firm and comfy. The pool was the right temperature.

The TV was static like the screen was about to give out or the satellite could not get clear. The standing lamp with the glass table was wobbly, there was no fridge and the shower kept clogging.

We got in late and really enjoyed the restaurant—it was a great surprise after a long drive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient, just about 20 minutes from the monuments. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, only stairs to access the second floor. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but something to keep in mind if stairs are a concern. The pool was empty when we went.

Good Breakfast really helpful kitchen hand, helped me use all the american gadgets in the dining room

New reception staff messed up my payment transaction, pushed the pay button too many times, resulting in my card being debited 3 times in succession, my bank interpreted this as a fraudulent transaction, and cancelled my card, a great start to the stay, had to pay in cash, lucky I had some on me, but then I had to sort all my card issues out with the bank

there are not so many hotels in the city of Kayenta. I have been into town a couple of times and I’m crossing from Las Vegas to Monument Valley, I never stood in the hotel before, but I found out that this will be my hotel for all next trips. It is clean. It is quite the rooms are large, and the stuff is friendly..

The views of the desert (make sure you ask for upper floor as huge trucks blocked desert view on ground floor). Good pool, lovely location if you don't mind being next to a gas station. Fabulous evening meal.

Beds and pillows uncomfortable for us. Too firm. Breakfast expensive so we went across the road to Starbucks, surprisingly much cheaper.

We did not eat breakfast there. The location was excellent and easily accessible

The air conditioner did not cool the room as we would have liked it. I feel like the table was too close to the air conditioner and possibly blocking the air. The bed was comfortable but it is definitely showing signs of usage and there were 2 intentions imprinted in the mattress that shows signs of an old wore out mattress

Everything was BIG - and a BIG flatscreen TV with many interesting channels provided good evening entertainment. An amazing BIG breakfast freshly cooked to order made eating at lunchtime irrelevant - and a small evening meal at nearby McDonalds or Burger King the only realistic option...

Nothing at all...

The hotel is "older" but it definitely had been upgraded - bathroom countertops, mirrors...TV. The room was very clean and the beds were confortable. The site did not let us know that there was an onsite restaurant. That would be nice to know in advance.

Wish we could have gotten a room with a King bed instead of two doubles...but I guess they were fully booked.

The staff was VERY accommodating. We booked a suite on the bottom floor but were told there were none available when we checked in. They worked to get a room recently vacated cleaned up so that we could have the bottom floor. We really appreciated that.
