Quaint town, Seligman. Touristy, of course, on the start to route 66. Went to Bearazona. Plenty pics to send grandsons. Impressed to see pics of white Buffalo. Room clean and coffee maker for one cup at a time was nice. Walked to family dollar and shopped a little. We heard a band Thursday night. Train tracks run through south side of town, but quiet in room.

Wife didn't call and talk office. Disabled, but made it into room over threshold. Beds too soft for us and bolts holding center bar bruised wife's calf.

The staff was great. We had an issue with the TV, and it took 2 people, but they finally figured it out. We were told of a 10% discount at 2 nearby restaurants. That was nice. Location was great. Within walking distance to all the cool Route 66 stuff! The lilac outside the door was a sweet bonus!

It looked like the deadbolt was broken. But my hub left the key in the door all night, so I guess it wasn't needed.

Kim the owner was excellent. She was at their other property when we arrived but was able to talk to us through the ring doorbell and let us know she’d be right over. The lobby was very welcoming. The room was clean and decorated with Route 66 art. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. There was a mini frigg and microwave but we had no need to use them. You’re able to park right in front of your room and there was good lighting in the parking lot. Kim explained how to checkout and where the key drop box was.

It didn’t matter to us but it was obvious that the room had been well used with some scuffs on the door and wall. Thst didn’t affect our stay or comfort.

Bed was a bit soft for someone with a bad lower back but still a very pleasant stay.

I liked the fact that our car was parked rt outside our door and that we only had to step outside our room to smoke and didn't have to walk a long ways just to have a cigarette. The staff was very friendly and helpful also.

The squeaky door on the room (room 11) needs to be lubricated . And the bugs outside the rooms they should put in hug lights so theirs not so many bugs outside by the room doors. Or spray the outdoor area better to get ride of the bugs they were some creepy ones seen on the ground by the doors too. And the big step up into the room was a bit big they need another step there.

This is a simple, quaint, comfortable little motel. There are only a dozen or so rooms, each has been updated with LVP flooring, comfortable bed, and everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a large screen TV. This is not a fancy place and isn't meant to be. It's independently owned and operated, and very well kept and clean. I've stayed there three times over the last year and make a point of planning my trips so as to stay there. There is also a good restaurant right across the street. Seligman is a very small town, but fun to visit especially for Route 66 souvenirs.

I can't think of any complaints really. As long as guests understand that they aren't booking at a fancy hotel, but a "vintage" motel, they will be satisfied.

The "vintage" 1932 property had been updated to current comfort standards. The kitschy decor added a charm I wasn't expecting. The room was spacious and clean.

I was put off by the fact that when I reached the property and went to the office there was a sign on the door. I was directed to a property down the road to check in. I found this to be an inconvenience.

Very nice room for it being an old motel in a small town. Shower was great and bed and pillows comfortable.

Close to the busy train. Could hear the train coming through town from my room.

Loved the value for the room. The room was so clean and refreshing. I'd stay here again in i was passing thru Seligman. The front office lady was so nice! She recommended places to eat for us too.

The bathroom was awkward due to the distance between the toilet and the sink.

the room is small but no need for more, it offers all the comfort you need. The parking is perfect. The welcome was also perfect people are welcoming and helpful. We had a great time at this stop on our road trip. thank you from France.
