No breakfast was provided, but there was a nice diner across the street. The diner next door didn't open until, maybe 9?

All the restaurants in the town close at 8 pm, and we were late arriving. I called ahead to let them know we would be a bit later than expected, and was anything open at that time. He said there was a general store that carried good frozen dinners, so we arrived just before they closed. We got a couple of frozen dinners, then checked in to the motel. I was then told (by the same young man who suggested I buy frozen dinners,) that none of the rooms had microwaves! He allowed me to borrow one from him, which I carried down to our room, cooked the dinners (they were tasty..) then carried back to the office. I also had to borrow a bottle opener. Unique.

Location and historic decor!

The thermostat for heat was very complicated and we didn’t learn how to use it until the morning we were checking out. We actually had to call the main hotel number since no one was in the office and the hotel phone was not connected. There should be a step by step instruction card for the thermostat. The shower is a joke. The shower space is very tight and on top of that the shower head is not adjustable and only shoots very high pressure water out of 3 or 4 holes in the shower head. So it’s next to impossible to rinse off. A $20 investment in a decent shower head per room would make a huge difference

We had the 1 bedroom suite which was around the back by itself. The entire place is decorated in Route 66/cars paraphernalia which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. The attached restaurant - The Roadkill Cafe is amazing and the discount for mentioning that you are staying at the motel is an added bonus.

It was noisy with the trains going past all night. The shower nozzle couldn't be adjusted so the water sprayed straight out the door and the floor was slippery. My daughter slipped over in the shower.

We were surprised by this great little motel on our Route 66 trip. The location in Seligman is good - right next to the Roadkill Cafe (good food and service!). We were lucky enough to get Room 18 - a lovely 2 bed unit, separate from the main motel with parking right outside and decorated in fun R66 theme, which was clean and comfy.

The sofa in this room was a bit 'worn' and tatty - but I'm nitpicking.

Nostalgic, nice vintage motel. Very basic with two great comfy beds. Could hear freight trains going buy at night, but they were behind the property across street, not next to motel. Could park your car right next to front door. Good restaurants next to and across street, but the close early at 8pm. Very small town.

Just one wooden desk chair to sit on, other than sitting on one of the two beds.

Everything was exceptional. Easy check in. We arrived quite late and reception was closed, we called to the number written on the door and the person came in 2' to check in us. The room as so beautiful decorated, incredible atmosphere and very spacious room. We loved it!!! Renovated, bathroom very clean and comfortable. We did a road trip for almos 3 weeks in USA and this hotel was far the best we stayed!!!

AC was a bit noisy! is the only thing I can say to be improved.

Our funky retro motel room was large, comfortable, and had lots of eye appeal. The owner was super friendly and available 24/7. Having a terrific cafe directly across the street was an added convenience. Our one night stay was a real treat!

At this price there is absolutely nothing to complain about! Hands down the best value on our 11-day trip through NV, UT, and AZ.

Great location between Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. We stayed there because it was too far to drive between Vegas and the Canyon late in the day. Great route 66 memorabilia in the hotel rooms. The availability of an Ice Machine was very welcome.

It's nothing to do with the motel but all the restaurants in town closed before we could get there, so we eat in another town before we got to the motel. Just something to be aware of if arriving in the evening.

Nice staff, simple and free parking. Comfortable beds. The accommodation is next to Route 66, close to stores and sightseeing points in Seligman. You can eat with a discount in the neighboring restaurant. If you explore Route 66, it a good place to take a rest here. The pictures, stickers, the shower curtain in the room are all decorated with Route 66 related things/signs. The accommodation is just a 25-30-minute drive to Indian Rd 18 which leads to Havasupai Trailhead.

The lighting in the living-room was a bit dim, but still OK.

Room was clean. History. Location.

The trains run all night long and they are close and noisy. The TV is small and far from the bed. The sign outside advertised HBO as being available and it's not. There was a little desk but it had no chair. Not the motel's fault.....but the people that were in the room next to us came in late, left early and they were VERY noisy. Sigh.
