We are traveling cross country and back on motorcycles and end-of-the-day-sleeps are everything. We've stayed at a couple other Country Inn & Suites and they seem to be very consistent. Great hotel, super nice guy at front desk who did not bat an eye over my frantic explanation about my accidental double booking. He fixed it with a smile, even though it was supposed to be non refundable. The beds are perfect, pillows soft, not seeming packed tight with straw like some places. Shower pressure was the best we've had on the road. Almost like being power washed! The free breakfast to start the day was plentiful, enough to get us started. Onward!

The water went out of the tub very slow., Stopped up. The door needed a new lock on it, at the top. I didn't like the way that the toilet flushed.

Very clean accommodations, coffee service available 24 hours in the lobby. Staff super friendly!

room was a bit small for handicap accessible, barely fit my power chair and had to go all the way in to the a/c unit to turn it around. Not that hotel can help it but the doors are very heavy for a handicap person. Also if in a wheelchair, please don't tell them you can access with your key card any side door because those accesses are not wheelchair accessible. I went out a side door an almost flipped my chair. There are no wheelchair slopes just a sudden drop off. Chose hotel because of the hot tub facilities. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service :/

Clean, comfortable bed, safe, convenient location, well-lit parking lot with adequate parking, friendly service, free breakfast.

The breakfast was good for hotel food. Really enjoyed the make your own waffles and juice machine. Biscuits and gravy were a plus as well. The daily cookies offered in the lobby were also amazing.

Was not a fan of the chicken strips for breakfast. Pillows on the bed were awful.

Beds were comfortable, great water pressure in shower.

The ice machine on my floor was broken. The vending machines only accept $1 and coins. Pool was out of order.

The staff is the best . Nicest people anywhere .

Dirty carpets ! Low battery remote control for tv was very aggravating.

The location was very convenient for us and accommodations were great.

The temperature was a little warm but not unbearable.

Everything was good. checking in was a total disaster, due to not enough staff it became, a long wait to check in. Over an hour. after driving 9 hr. we were ready to lay down.
